The owner is absolutely a liar. They visited my house, gave a total price of the service, charged $150 for deposit. Next Monday, the owner called and said that the $150 is not included in the total cost, and I need to pay EVERY TIME they visit my house???!!! Whatever the owner says, don't believe in it.

I had a great experience with this company when they came and fixed the pipe in my garage and a toilet. The techs were professional, polite and did a good job of explaining what needed to be done. I would recommend them to others as well as call them back if I needed other services in the future.

Awful. Unfortunately I hired them to replace my boiler. Completely unprofessional and didn't seem to have the slightest clue what they were doing. Would not recommend using them for anything.

They fixed the problem but were way overpriced. Installed a 30 dollar part took a half hour and charged over 400 dollars. The job was done but there has to be people out there that are fair and can charge you a fair price per hour.

Called this company for oil furnace for annual tune-up service at $99 per its website and technician came the same day. The technician thought was AC service and I told him that I didn't call for AC service. Per my understanding the annual tune-up should include NOZZLE, OIL FILTER CARTRIDGE, FUEL PUMP STRAINER, VACUUM HEATING UNIT, VACUUM SMOKE PIPE, AN EFFICIENCY TEST, A COMPLETE INSPECTION OF THE HEATING SYSTEM like other service providers. But they told me that $99 is cost for technician to come and annual tune-up service those items should be paid separately. The technician called their office to mention that it is oil furnace and don't have oil filter for my furnace, but the guy in the office told me over the phone that I need pay them $99 for the technician just to show up. This made no sense to me. I am going to file a dispute charge with my credit card company.

Don't go near this company! Total and complete rip off and the service was non-existent which I guess is worse than horrible. They fixed a few things which broke after a couple of days and refused to come back and fix them. At one point their repair man said he was coming but was held up due to a customer who had a no heat problem. OK I can deal with that. He said he would call me back in five minutes. I never heard from him again. When I called the office to complain Mike said he would look into it and get back to me. He never called.

Don't call this company! I called with a heating emergency (we have a handicapped person in the house) at 4:30pm today, Monday, November 21...I was told someone would be here within a half hour -- 45 minutes go by and I receive a call from someone who says he's just leaving an appointment in Greenwich and he'll be here asap...one hour goes by and Mike calls to say that they ""have some bad news and can't send someone until tomorrow""...But what about the guy who was on his way from Greenwich I ask...Mike tells me ""that wasn't our company""! So, whose company was it and if your ads say 24-hour service doesn't that mean 24-hours? Don't bother with them -- I should have read their yelp reviews first! I will next time.

These guys are massively overpriced, think they have been getting away with ripping off the wealthy in Greenwich for too long. They charge you $69 to come out and give an estimate, which is annoying, but will be put towards your bill if you have them do the job. I expected a reasonable quote so I went along with it. Little did i know they think 1 plumber working 5-6 hrs deserves $1500. Since when do plumbers make more than lawyers? I got a second quote from a legit/licensed company for only $650, much more in-line with what I had budgeted. Don't waste your time with RPL.

I had a major blockage in the drain system in my house yesterday evening and today. We called RPL at 8:30 and after lunchtime Mr Jim DiBernardino showed up with his motorized snake for what we expected to be a simple sink-unclogging with his motorized 'snake.' Wrong! It turned out to be a huge job involving basically dismantling many drainpipes in the basement which were clogged in a horrendous fashion (my daughter snapped pictures with her iPhone ans it looked like a 15-foot python made out of s*** had been living in the pipes. I was so impressed with RPL's Jim Di Bernardino who stuck with the job well past normal quitting time to see it through and see it done well. I'd call RPL in a minute if [God forbid] I have another plumbing problem
