I called up RPB Plumbing for the first time on Labor Day. Robin was so sweet and helpful & got Jason out to me quickly for a holiday. Had a leak/flood in the front yard caused by a busted pipe in the ground due to tree roots. :/ After about 5 hours of work to replace the pipe underground, i shuttered to think what my yard would look like. Surprisingly, it looked pretty good! Jason took such care keeping the patches of grass in tact & replaced them very nicely on top on the dirt. (Thanks Jason!)
The second time i called RPB Plumbing, ironically, was a week later. Woke up at 2:30am to find water leaking from my ceiling in different places. What a nightmare! Again, i talked to Robin & she dispatched Richie to come ASAP. Turns out my husband was able to turn off the water from the water heater in the apt. above us so we waited until morning. A busted pipe on the water heater was to blame for this mess. Richie replaced both pipes & put on a stronger pipe as opposed to the braided, metal pipe that was on it before. As to not leave me hanging because now i have a wet floor & ceiling, Richie put me in touch with a restoration company they work with to come out & give me a FREE estimate of the damage. Overall, i was very pleased with this company. I hope to NEVER see them again lol....but if i have another issue I know who I'm calling!

My a/c went out on a Thursday evening two weeks ago during a heat wave while my husband was out of town...I called RPB first thing Friday morning and, as expected, they were very busy but the lovely office lady (Robin) was able to get someone out to check my a/c that day!!! Jason came, checked it out, reassured me of the work and fixed it all and a reasonable cost. I have multiple sclerosis and heat triggers my flare ups so to say RPB is a life-saver is an understatement

These guys are the best! Seriously! After calling a handful of the top listed Yelp ""5 star"" companies listed for HVAC repairs, and getting constantly ""stood up"", I found an old magnet on our fridge for RPB and remembered my parents have used them a few times in the past and were always happy with the service... so I called.

Our AC had a problem of leaking water everywhere after running about 10 minutes. I called RPB and a nice lady scheduled Jason to come out the same day! I had seriously been calling all the ""supposed top 5 star companies"" on yelp and they have been playing games with me for a few weeks! Many promising to come out and they never do! I've found that those other companies like to overbook knowing full well, many of the waiting customers will never get serviced.

Anyways, back to RPB... Jason and his helper (sorry forget his name) came out exactly at his scheduled time.... the same day! I explained the problem, Jason told me what it could be, and the prices to fix depending on what was wrong. He quickly went to work and had my AC up and running perfectly in about 15 minutes!

Jason and his helper were super nice, honest (you can feel comfortable letting these guys into your house), and experts at what they do! Their prices were fair, and they didn't try and up-sell me on anything, or overcharge.

Hopefully I never have AC problems again.....hehe, but if I do, I will definitely be calling RPB!

I want to shout at Jason at RPB plumbing! The guy is a true professional and does amazing work. My business AC went out during one of the hottest periods in a long time. He worked hard to fix it and get it running for us so we wouldn't have to do business in the heat all weekend. And shout out to Robin who runs the office with amazing efficiently and always letting us know what's going on with phone calls and updates. Great business and not enough people get credit for good work. We see lots of negative reviews but not nearly enough good reviews. Thank you guys!

First found them when I had them install my central air/heating several years ago. Very competitive pricing and excellent work. Over the years I've had them complete some plumbing work and install a water heater and I have been completely satisfied with all the work they've performed. Also, their customer service is top-notch (hard to find any more, it seems!). From Robin in the office to every crew member who has come to my house (most recently Richie and today, Jason) they are professional, friendly, explain everything so I can understand and give me a price before they begin. Can't recommend them enough.

I am writing this review on behalf of my mother. She was very pleased to have the plumbing issue resolved at such urgent status. This company is family owned, and the owner is very nice and kind. He was very honest discussing the situation of the plumbing issue for the washer in the garage.

Plumbing issues in general are going to be pricey, so what you need to think about is the quality of service is brought to you. If you think about it, paying a cheap price to solve an issue is only temporary, but if you pay just a little more and the issue is resolved for many many years then you gain a profit in the long run. So before you start to look for an even cheaper plumber think about the cost in the long run. Would you like to resolve the problem temporarily or would you like to resolve permanently.

So, to sum it up this company is going to be my new go to plumber. Not only are they located near my home. But they are very knowledgeable in the situation and very truthful of what is going to happen if you do not fix the problem now.

Called RPB and others but we decided to go with RPB Plumbing & Heating to change out an old floor furnace to duel wall heater, Richie & Leonard did a awesome job with the installation of the wall heater and patching of the walls, easy going guys that stay busy and know there craft, job completed in 1 shift.......Mike D Lakewood CA

If I could give these guys 0 stars I would. I am very very disappointed. So I called the tech to come verify that my furnace was in working order and he burned the entire unit! He came inspected it then when it came time to shut off the unit it wouldn't turn off cause I guess the thermostat wasn't wired correctly. So he went upstairs and was there for a few minutes. In those few minutes he must of done something that shot the entire unit. So he came down stairs told me that we needed to rewire the thermostat and told me he was done. We went outside gave me the sheet certifying that the unit heated at the temperature it was supposed to and gave me a few recommendations. By the was those recommendations were gonna cost 360 dollars to fix. Any who the bastard set us back 2,000 dollars. I'm am very upset

Just had a entire new HVAC system installed by RPB and they did a great job. Jason followed the entire job from beginning to end and was always accessible, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They were recommended by one of their previous customers via Nextdoor and lived up to their reputation. I'd recommend RPB to anyone needing Heating, Air Conditioning or Plumbing service and coordinating everything though Robyn was a treat as well.
