If I could give these guys 0 stars I would. I am very very disappointed. So I called the tech to come verify that my furnace was in working order and he burned the entire unit! He came inspected it then when it came time to shut off the unit it wouldn't turn off cause I guess the thermostat wasn't wired correctly. So he went upstairs and was there for a few minutes. In those few minutes he must of done something that shot the entire unit. So he came down stairs told me that we needed to rewire the thermostat and told me he was done. We went outside gave me the sheet certifying that the unit heated at the temperature it was supposed to and gave me a few recommendations. By the was those recommendations were gonna cost 360 dollars to fix. Any who the bastard set us back 2,000 dollars. I'm am very upset

Just had a entire new HVAC system installed by RPB and they did a great job. Jason followed the entire job from beginning to end and was always accessible, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They were recommended by one of their previous customers via Nextdoor and lived up to their reputation. I'd recommend RPB to anyone needing Heating, Air Conditioning or Plumbing service and coordinating everything though Robyn was a treat as well.

Turned on my forced air heater and smelt something burning. I called RPB Plumbing and they were able to help right away. Robin is soo friendly over the phone she was able to schedule me in. She sent Jason and he diagnosed the problem and was able to get the part it needed within 24hrs. Everything was explained to me before I made a decision to go with this company. I now have heat again just in time for the holidays! Thank you so very much!

Richard came out on Saturday because we had no heat (emergency). He was very friendly and honest. He came back on Monday to check for carbon dioxide. Luckily we were safe and can continue to use our current furnace. I appreciate his honesty.

RPB installed a new Rheem AC in July during one of the worst heatwaves after my 27 year old system died! It was time to go energy efficient and upgrade! Jason was the technician, and he was so polite, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable! You could immediately tell he was raised right! Anyway, the price was very fair and the service was excellent! Not to mention I am so crazy about my new Rheem Air Conditioner, it is so quiet and cools the whole house off in less than 30 minutes and I do mean it cools! And it's a great looking unit too! I will call RPB without hesitation the next time I have a plumbing, heating problem. I don't anticipate needing them for the AC with the exception of the yearly servicing which I will get to keep this Rheem in top working condition! Great company!

We have used RPB for several major projects, A/C replacement and bathroom remodeling, and we could not be happier with our experiences. We selected them for these projects because of the excellent care we received when using them for more minor projects. They respond to your requests as quickly as you would ever want and they explain what needs to be done and why, and the costs. They schedule appointments and keep them. They work with you if you need to reschedule. The remodeling of our bathroom was a huge task, but the tiling and painting, electrical, plumbing, etc. were top-notch. They have experts in each area. They will work on a problem until they have solved it. All workers are, professional, friendly and courteous, including the receptionist! They ask for feedback and they are not finished until the customer is happy. They are a family-run business and they take pride in their work and their name. I would strongly recommend them. I don't foresee ever using anyone else. They are now part of our family.

Was advised I needed to call upon a plumber to clean out my dryer vent since dryer repair tech does do that type of work. I called RPB and asked if they did this type of work and got a quote. They were honest over the phone that it could be more depending on access. So I booked an appointment Aaron showed up on time and was super professional and full of great information! He found issue with my dryer and was able to help me out and charged me less then quoted price! I learned a lot and was very happy with the service. I would absolutely call upon them again!

I hardly ever tell people I'm going to write a Yelp review but I felt compelled to today. The 2 negative reviews on here are completely irrelevant to the work they do! Consider that when choosing a good plumber as for what they do you want an honest one that goes beyond expectation!

RPB Plumbing put in a new tub and shower valve for us. They were extremely courteous, professional, clean, and always on time. We've called them back several times for minor repairs to our home and rental property. Their pricing is very reasonable and they do quality work!

Had a repipe done in March and found a leak in the master bathroom wall a few months later. They came out the same week to fix the leak yet instead of replacing the damaged drywall ceiling in the downstairs bath, the man who was supposed to replace and patch decided to spray paint the damaged ceiling marks instead, as if we wouldnt noticed the ceiling is still bumpy. Wont have them back out to fix it as they are not trustworthy.
