RP services is not only a very competent and capability plumbing service that provides excellent work but their customer service is exceptional.

My elderly parents needed some extensive (an expensive) plumbing work and RP services came highly recommended by their neighbor who had a similar issue. However since I live in another city and did not speak with them personally when they provided the quote, I was skeptical about hiring them. My dad just wanted to ""get the job done"" and I wanted to do more vetting and first get approval from the First American Home Warranty service to see what part of the repairs they would pay for.

Neeve (the owner of RP services) was caught in a tug of war between me and my dad. Although this resulted in lots of back and forth calls/texting/emails and even a delay when the crew was on site, Neeve was beyond patient and understanding. He understood my concerns and went out of his way to make me feel comfortable that he his company could be trusted.

He even called me after the job was over to give me an update. And when one of his workers accidentally cut a cord which impacted my parents WI-FI, he took care of the situation right away - even helping my dad schedule an appointment with the internet provided.

My sister lives in Los Angeles and is sick. Her toilet was having issues so I hired RP Services to replace it. They came in, did it quickly and efficiently and also replaced her bath faucet. Great customer service. It's hard for me to judge if they charged me a fair price but you can't beat their speed and efficiency.
