If there was a way to give a negative star I would do that. Russell Perkins (aka: R. P. Plumbing) is the most unprofessional, unreliable person I've ever dealt with. He's supposed to be doing a $1,500 bathroom job for me and my husband. He asked for half up front, he was given $1,100, that's well over half. He continually says he's coming to complete the job but doesn't show up, refuses to answer the phone, won't return a text, ignores us completely. This has been going on for over a month. Currently my toilet sits in my office, the entire bathroom is useless. We have called, texted, sent messages via a mutual acquaintance, communicated every way we know how but it appears Russell Perkins does not intend to complete the job. I 100% percent do not recommend him and certainly would say do not give him any money at all until the work is completed. Very unhappy, very unsatisfied and have no trust whatsoever in Russell Perkins. My next step is legal action. Save yourself some aggravation and find a different plumber !
