In the midst of a renovating my home I ran into a gas leak. My contractor spent hours trying to find it with no luck. I called RP Gas Piping and they sent a technician to my home within a very short period of time. It was obvious he has a ton of experience as he found the leak in no time at all (saving me money). He came back the following today after my inspection to connect the water heater. He determined a better way to route the shut off valve. He didn't have the parts in his truck. Before I knew it he had two other technicians show up to help. This was all on a Friday afternoon before a holiday weekend when it was a zillion degrees outside. Brad and his whole staff were amazing ! We build and remodel pools. We needed to run a new gas line to the backyard. And in very tight contions. As this was a Remodel in a Gainey Rach patio home. We needed to connect a pool heater , bbq, and two fire pots. They were on top of this from start to finish. It was not an easy task. As the guys found a leak while trenching. This was a leak the neighbors couldn't find for four months. Needless to say the called me right away. We were able to help the neighbors out while they were out of town and solve there leak problem. The installers did a great job very clean install. The owner Brad answered his phone every time I had a question. And that's huge in my book. Customer for life !
