Amazing customer service, response and repair. Had a major issue in the house which they came out and fix while I was out of the house. They never gave me the ""we are so busy, you're lucky were talking to you"" attitude. On the contrary they were friendly, empathetic, and got the job done! Can't ask for more than that!

Some of their work is professional. However, be prepared to pay about 75% above anyone else you could possibly hire for the same work. Very nasty person coordinates their schedule when you call the office. All things considered, you might not want to have to rely on them.

Pipes burst at night and house was flooding. Rozmus came out to shut off water quickly and cheerfully...at midnight! Returned the next morning to help us coordinate clean up and fix the problems. Responsive, professional, super helpful. So glad we found them.

The new main water shutoff they installed failed after 4 months and flooded garage so no water can be run in house and still waiting for them to provide a time frame for a plumber. Their customer service makes you feel like you're a total bother even when they aren't being responsive to an existing local customer. Besides, considering that the valve was fine just old before and they've done only harm and charged a fortune. Similarly, a shower faucet repair by them lasted for just two showers, then led to an explosion of water through the failed threadings, another new shut off valve needed as emergency so water could run in house again.That is still not fixed despite spending alot since I'm now afraid to let them touch anything else. Also get a written estimate, they give verbal but then you have nothing later when you need it.
