The absolute best! Great customer service, fast response and wonderful work done. Am often leery of these calls and being overcharged; such an overwhelming recommendation on Nextdoor that I decided to go ahead. Curtis rocks!! Cleared the problem, gave some great advice and was both pleasant and professional. Could not have asked for more. Will highly recommend. Since they are service providers (and not out to up sell you anything) the proactive recommendations were very informative an helpful.

I have never posted a 1-star review. However, this case merits just that. I've been a long-time Roy's customer - over 20 years in fact.

In general, the service was decent. Sometimes they showed up late, but that is to be expected. However, this time I just needed someone to come out and snake a drain that was backed up with sewage.

Roy's had done this in the past, and had accepted my request for emergency service. However, when I called to clarify that there was an inch of sewage in the shower that had backed up and spilled into the bathroom floor, I was told that I need to have this cleaned prior to Roy's providing service. So, I cleaned it up myself and called them back to confirm we were all set and I was told that Roy's would no longer honor the scheduled appointment given that I did not get it professionally cleaned. When I asked who they recommend I have come out to clean the bathroom, I was told to look that up on the internet. Wow!

I've been a homeowner now for 20+ years and never had someone refuse to honor a scheduled appointment. I even offered to pay the service fee if the service person decided the bathroom needed additional cleaning before they could snake the drain.

First off I take writing a negative review very, very seriously. And only do so if I feel the situation was extreme enough to warrant one. Which I do in this case. Wow, they just blew me off! I own a small real estate company, Roy's came highly recommended from Someone I respect. I give their name out all the time. I've been loyal to them. I even waited a day with my backed up sewer system out of loyalty. An hour and a half after their scheduled arrival time, after I already confirmed multiple times they were coming out, they called and said they couldn't make it out. They also couldn't even get me on the schedule the next day until the end of the day. Business must be good at Roy's to blow off a customer so blatantly. Anyway, everyone has bad days, I will assume that's what today was, but I will not be able to use or refer them again.

I just have Roy sewer service come and fix my drain in the Landry room.iI have Tim come over and I can say he was very friendly and professional.He was able to locate the problem and fix it.i highly would recommend Roy sewer service.Thanks

Roy's is great. When my daughters pre-school had an issue, they dropped everything to get someone out there right away. We've used them a few times, and they've been great. Definitely recommend them.

I am a landlord and I am a frequent flyer of drain cleaners. They are punctual, reasonable and even educational! I've decided to do regular maintenance than a costly replacement of my sewer line...which will come one day. A note...they are not plumbers! But, they are good people.

My kitchen sink backed up on a Friday afternoon of all times. I tried drain opener, but no luck. It was 3:45pm and I took a chance and called Roy's as I used them many many years ago. A nice lady answered the phone and I asked if anyone was still working. ( I actually expected to be laughed at) She asked where I was, put me on hold, and informed me that Tim would be there in 15 minutes. I couldn't believe my luck. Tim arrived, assessed the situation, cleared out the entire line in less than 30 minutes. He even gave me instructions on how to keep grease from building back up. I can't be more satisfied with this company.

Roy's Sewer Service is a well-known and trusted company. I recently needed their service in Sonoma Valley. When I called I spoke with a friendly person who understood the urgency of my problem and I received honest and prompt service.

Roy's answered the phone and had a tech on the way in the first 3 minutes. Tim arrived about 20 minutes later! and assessed the main drain blockage and how to attack it. He had all the equipment and while that's always a good thing, Tim knew exactly how to deal with our almost 100 year old twisting, curving, oddly installed pipes. It probably took him an extra 5 minutes to figure out how to make the final bend in the pipe before he cleared it all the way to the street. He even showed me the location of our exterior main drain and pointed out areas we should consider in the future. We were very happy with the work and Tim is simply the best (we had tried to do it ourselves, called another plumber over - and no one else could diagnose and fix the problem) Thanks Tim, and Roy's for having a great team member available.
