I had John and Preston for service. Great guys! Both very professional. Arrived the same day, in just a couple of hours (were actually available earlier, but the timing didn't work for me). Resolved the issue pretty quickly. Pricing was fair, no nonsense. Two men arrived for the job, but explained that if it's a quick fix, they would only charge for one. So they did. Absolutely recommend!

They went above and beyond. They explained everything they were doing. Let me know the cause of the clogs. Mostly egg shells and food waste. My bathroom sink was full of hair. They were great with my 4 year old. He called the Mario and Luigi from Mario brothers and followed them around. They ran into overtime but stayed til they completed the job. They declogged 3 sinks. Fixed the bad pipe under my kitchen sink. They even helped fix my towel rack after I knocked it over. They were amazing and I would highly recommend them.

A big Thank You to Roy's Sewer Service for friendly expert competence! I ran into problems with old 'Mr. John' and the line of pipe to the septic tank. Roy's Sewer Service was 'Johnny-on-the-spot' punctual, analytical, practical, and skilled at executing the solution. WELL DONE, say I. It has now been a year, since our encounter, when he fixed the problem and everything has been 'flowing' smoothly ever since.. Five stars from me.

Ny husband has that weaponized incompetence down to a science. Our toilet and shower was making a weird noise and he was doing nothing about it. We weren't sure who to call but I can READ and I knew doing nothing wouldn't be good, so I did a little research and found that a rooter was who we needed, and called these guys. They came the SAME DAY! They explained everything on the phone because we had no idea whether we needed one or two guys, whether we had one or two of those mushroom things, etc. They were fantastic and fixed our plug up (three-ply toilet paper!!!) that day.

Christy answered the phone with a friendly ""How are you today?"" and I answered with ""I'd be doing excellently, if it weren't for my clogged toilet."" She laughed and said ""Well, we certainly need to fix that!"" I placed the call two hours ago. Their trucks showed up within 20 minutes and they were done just a few minutes ago - maybe two hours from when my toilet backed up. Really nice fellow showed up with an assistant and went right to work. They had to remove the toilet and grind out a bunch of roots that had grown in the line. Start to finish - less than an hour. I can't possibly be more impressed. Christy had led me to expect about an hour and $500. The actual charge was $460. Yep! I'm a happy customer.
