I thought maybe this would be the ideal place since it was so close to my house. When they came out the first time I had no problem with fixing my sewer, but when they came out to fix my sink in the basement that's when the problem came. Yes I thought it was fixed but the sink was starting to stop up again I thought maybe it was just because it was running out slowly but then it kept happening so I called them and they told me that there was nothing they could do for me. I will not go there ever again! I would think that since I got it fixed there they could at least come and look at it. But she said that they could not. Thanks for nothing!!

I had the pleasure of using Roy's Plumbing Services on 12/14/2020.
The Ladies I spoke called me times with updates of the progress with time of arrival of the service men. How professional is that? It was great.
When then the Service men arrived, they knew exactly what my problem was and mentor me through the whole process. Gave me step by step instructions on what they were doing and why. What a delight.
Cleaned up after themselves. Just a who delightful experience.

If you are looking to be ripped off of your hard earned money, sent unlicensed plumbers that can't even unclog a toilet this is the business for you! They came out after calling them for 1 week straight and being told someone will be there today and they would never show... FOR A WHOLE WEEK! That was my first sign that I should have went elsewhere! He claimed whatever was clogging my toilet was pushed down and that it was fixed. The next day my toilet is clogged. Called them and was told they will have no plumbers available until next week... next week comes then Paula Nelson tells us that they can't fix the problem and can only give us $25 back out of $347. Total waist of money and bad customer service! Please go elsewhere!! If you want REAL PLUMBERS!! Wish I could give this place no stars!

The plumber they finally sent was fine, but getting him to our house was a huge mess.

The receptionists have bad communication skills, and insinuated we wouldn't pay our bill. They'll tell you one thing and do another. We had to reschedule the first appointment because she forgot to actually put the appointment in the system (time off work wasted).

Then they sent a technician that can only unclog drains instead of a plumber we requested, then the plumber finally showed up around 530pm when the window they gave was 1-4pm. Plumbing service was fine once they got there. Drain is still clogged though.

I love Roy's Plumbing! They were very professional and fast with unclogging my drain. The office staff were so helpful and professional. The technician came on time and he was so professional and explained what the problem was. I highly recommend Roy's to anyone.

I must say Roy's plumbing really saved the day for my elderly mother! She panicked When the pipe bursted in her bathroom, and I was out of town, so I almost panicked as well. I called Roy's Plumbing and spoke with Paula Hooker who calmed me down, and sent her guys out to my mother immediately. They took care of the problem sooner than I imagined. My mother told me the guys were very polite and respected her as well as her home by cleaning up after themselves and moving her furniture around with care. I told my mother to call me if there were ANY problems and I didn't here from my mother until they were done with the job and left. I was so glad that I chose Roy's Plumbing to hell my mother. I will definitely be using their services again.

Called around 9 this morning and they said they would have someone out early afternoon. At 3:00 I called because no one had shown up or called and the lady said they were almost done with a job and would call soon. Called back at 5 and got a busy signal. Absolute waste of a day and an unprofessional business. At least have the courtesy to call and let me know if they couldn't make it out

Ghetto and crappy customer services. The worst plumbing company I have seen so far; compared to many. The plumber showed up on the day he was suppose to fix the descrepancy but he didn't, he came, inspected, stated the price at $275... After 3 minutes of inspection he said he had to go; I had waited long hours for Roy's plumber to show up only for him to see and go. He said he'll stop by first thing tomorrow morning. I went ahead and requested for a plumber from another company at Flate Rate Home Services right after the guy from Roy's had left, the Flate Rate still came earlier than Roy's plumber and not only that the price to drain is a lot cheaper and the quality services is better and their product will definitely last longer.
