My water heater pressure valve was leaking due to high water pressure as I don't have a water pressure regulator in my condo unit. When I contacted Roy' s Plumbing, he was able to send someone to check my water pipes and gave an estimate of the cost in the same day and came the next day to install a new water pressure regulator and a pressure relief valve. The guy who installed the regulator and pressure relief valves took only about an hour with a great outcome and he was friendly as well. Now, the water heater tank has completely stopped leaking. Definitely recommendable.

Roy is now my goto plumber in the valley. The service is great, very professional, fairly priced and he is always responsive and easy to get ahold of. It is refreshing because you would always expect these things from businesses but these days it seems difficult for some people but not Roy. We had a gas leak in a line in our backyard that was temporarily shut off by the gas company. Roy came out within 24 hours of our call. He gave us a couple options and clearly explained what could be done and what he could do to make sure we didn't have this problem again in the future. His crew was professional and worked hard. It turned out to be a bigger job than we had imagined with tearing up cement, laying more durable gas lines, and then replacing cement, but they were fast and thorough. At the end, Roy had the gas company come out again because he found a leak at the meter. The gas company tried to say it wasn't a big issue and didn't want to fix it that night, but Roy wouldn't let them go until they took care of it. Good for us, because the gas company soon realized the problem was bigger than they had initially thought. The final cost was very reasonable in comparison to what others would have charged. We'd call Roy again without hesitation.

Roy and his team did a great job on my re-piping project. They managed to locate all the connections throughout my house and installed the correct pipes and fittings needed. I also added an expansion tank to the water heater, new washer connections, ice box connection for the fridge in the garage, and replaced an old kitchen faucet. Roy and crew did these extras pretty well. It only took about a day and a half to this project. Much more, the project ran smooth and the cost was reasonable. Two thumbs up to Roy and his crew at Roy's Plumbing!
