Honest service. My kitchen sink was backed up and Roy unclogged the sink for us plus replaced a faulty garbage disposal unit. I tried Drano and Liquid Plummer but nothing works better than a real and licensed plumber in person. Thanks Roy!

I called up Roy on an emergency, I found his ad on google. There is no initiative fee, which I really appreciated. We had a hot water leak which later on Roy described was a homeowner problem. He was very thorough and informative. He had very good bedside manners. He knew what he was talking about and also took the time to turn on our water heater and did not charge us. This is what customer service is all about! I'm glad I found him at such short notice. I will definitely keep him in mind for next time there's an emergency and you should too!

From the moment I contacted him he was so open and honest about the pricing. This is huge for me! When a company keeps their promise on their price it will definitely create trust for me.

I contacted many places before finding this one.... but none of them were willing to come out to do a free estimate. I wanted to meet the person doing the repair before I took the leap on the company I was going to use. He made it so easy for me to pick him because he was so honest and kind.

He walked me through the entire repair and showed me what needed to be repaired in detail. I love when someone explains everything to me clearly it completely dissipated all the nervousness I was feeling before contacting him.

In the end the price of the repair was even less than he quoted because of the price of the parts. He could have been dishonest and charged us the original price but he was honest and gave us the real price... Because of that he will now have a customer for life, and I will refer all my friends! It was a huge blessing I am so grateful to have found him on Yelp! Now I have a plumber that I trust for future repairs.

Hands down to Roy for his prompt and professional service!! After almost flooding my house trying to repair a pipe myself, I called Roy's pluming and he was at my house within the hour.
