I asked Roy to come out to Yucca valley to mount the tv, hang up curtain rods + pictures, and help fix our door that wasn't aligned.

He was available punctual, great at communicating and was able to finish all of our tasks at a reasonable rate.

What compelled me to write a review was that a week later, we were having some issues with the hot water in our shower and when I texted him for help, he actually called me and walked me through how to resolve the issue. He definitely went above and beyond and I would highly recommend Roy for any handyman tasks in the future!

They came as agreed-upon and on time, Roy and Heather took their time to work out the intricacies of this job to make the impossible possible. I set a second date for removing a vent hood for bathroom exhaust which was damaged and installing a new one on roof which would occlude debris, birds and desert rats. On time, reasonable, excellent work, quick and efficient, and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended. Please note that my one star review previously posted because he inadvertently missed an appointment date was rescinded.

Roy came out the next day after I called. He was not able to fix the problem we had but he did not charge for it. While he was there, I had him fix a couple of other things for me and he did a great job.
