We wanted to replace kitchen sink which would require a little granite work, Royalty said it would be no problem and they gave us the number for the granite company they normally use, Royalty also recommended a sink that would work, I ordered the sink ($633) plus bottom sink grid ($113)
I call Royalty back when the sink is delivered and they said to call and schedule with granite company which told us it would be extremely hard and risky to replace undermount sink below granite countertop and they didn't want the job, I call Royalty back and they pretty much blew us off, said they would contact granite company and get back to us. No call, No show.
Luckily, I found a handyman that did the job for us at a pretty reasonable price, significantly lower than Royalty's price, including the granite work.

Anthony and his crew are awesome! They took out my old water heater and installed a new Navien tankless water heater.
They did a great job and I highly recommend these guys.
They were on time, friendly, knowledgeable, very detailed and left this job in better shape than they found it.
Anthony will now be my first call for all plumbing needs!

A+ job done to perfection. First I want to acknowledge Clark. His professionalism and honesty were on point. Two complete sink piping and faucets. He used the existing reverse osmosis and garbage disposal and works better than when it was originally installed.
Had the job done in a timely manner- but didn't shortcut and made sure the cleanliness of the work.
My pregnant girlfriend (cranky-pants) was overjoyed with the attitude Clark displayed. He's an asset to Royalty plumbing. A genuine person.
As long as you have him on your team- Royalty has my business for all future plumbing needs.

Last week we had a leak in our wall behind our washer. A friend referred us to Royalty Plumbing and all I can say is that their name is truly spot on!

Clark came out the next day after I called them. His professionalism and his honesty were impeccable. We had to end up cutting a hole in the drywall and he found the leak. We could see the water on the garage floor and it wasn't leaking in the house.

What impressed me the most is that that was his last resort, not his first. He checked in with his boss before he proceeded and that spoke volumes about his character and work ethic.

He treated me with respect and was patient. It was a great experience in a stressful time. They are my new plumbers!!!

i got tricked by this company . agreed on text to give a free quote to check reverse osmosis machine .
Plumber came And fixed it without giving a quote by turning a few knobs.

work was done without authorization and bills me $125 for a 10 minute job .

Did not agree on $125 but made me pay it .

Can't say enough good things about the office manager (Kristen) and the technician, Anthony. He responded quickly to my call for help with an Electric Hot Water Heater. My father was a plumber so I grew up helping him and learning the basics. Throughout my many residences over the past 70+ years, I've always maintained my hot water tanks without any major issues. This time I just could not figure out the problem. Anthony took care of the problem and went out of his way to help with some other issues that he was not obligated to do. He even stayed after hours making sure everything was in order. Expert service and great attitude. What a great way to start the New Year.

Anthony and the entire team at Royalty Plumbing have been great. From a leaking pipe under our slab to installing fixtures, they have covered it all and done an excellent job. When people move to town, I immediately give them Anthony's information along with my mechanic, electrician, etc.

Royalty Plumbing/Water Heater Pros was Great! The office manager Kristen was so sharp and great to talk to, the assigned gentleman, Rey/Roy came on time and replaced & installed our water heater within 1.5 hours! Now we got a consistent nice hot water :-)

How the heck Am I suppose to know its the same company working 2 different names.. It does not say that anywhere in their description.. Kind of feels like a fail safe, if one company goes bad, they have another one on the ready??

Easier and more professional to just say, hey we have 2 company's, please see the other estimate... Which of course I did not receive.. Not so good.. Oh well, 400 other plumbers in Las Vegas, on to the next.

Honestly just came and did the work they were asked to do at the price they quoted. Needed new toilet and faucets installed. Was going to do it myself but the valves were too corroded/rusted for me to trust myself. Was better to just call professionals anyway. Right on time, polite, got the work done at a great price. $700 less than Goettl quote for the same work. For real.
