My husband and I were initially connected with Chris at Royalty Plumbing through our roofing contractor to resolve an issue with the ventilation pipe for our water heater. The repair he completed on the ventilation pipe was done with the utmost professionalism and substantially improved upon work done by a prior plumber who installed the water heater.

While he was on site for the repair, he noticed two areas that could be improved on our water heater setup. We have a return pump that regularly circulates hot water throughout our home. However, it is always on. Chris suggested we install a return pump with a timer so that the pump won't run in off hours (i.e., overnight) when we don't need the hot water, generating savings on our gas and electricity utility bills. He also suggested we install a new shut-off valve to the bottom of the water heater for safety purposes. Based on our discussions with him, we decided to have him come back at a later date to complete both of the suggested improvements. He did a great job on both tasks!

Also, when Chris was out for the initial repair of our ventilation pipe, we started talking about our water softening system. Apparently, the salt used in the water softening process can corrode the copper pipes over time causing potential leaks. We had no idea! Chris suggested replacing it with a whole house carbon filter with a descaler system. He discussed the pros and cons of both our current and the proposed systems. We decided it would be in our best interest to install the new system. Chris completed the job in a thorough and timely manner. He is a super hard worker and takes great pride in what he does while still being a humble and kind individual.

We greatly appreciate Chris' extensive knowledge and amazing professionalism. He is honest, straightforward, approachable, and very responsive. He was a pleasure to deal with and he will now be our ""go to"" plumber going forward. We highly recommend Royalty Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

Royalty Plumbing is my new go-to for all my plumbing projects. They were the first to reply to my open quote request and the first to confirm an appointment, so the communication is excellent. Chris came out to replace a broken water pressure valve. He communicated his arrival time well in advance, arrived when promised, was friendly and polite and took the time to walk around my property and look at a few of my concerns. He then very quickly produced a quote for the work I needed done, the price was very reasonable, and once we agreed, he left to grab a couple of supplies, but was back very quickly and began to work with no issues. He was done in less than two hours and the finished results far exceeded my expectations. Royalty plumbing is lucky to have him, as I think he is an excellent representative for the quality and care that this business puts into its work. I will definitely be calling them again when I'm ready to upgrade to a tankless water heater.

Chris was awesome. Called for an emergency service 2 Sundays ago and he showed up even though he wasn't sure any of his crew is available. He ended up came by himself.

Very honest and upfront for cost for each scenarios over the phone . Unlike others we've called, either the earliest availability was 2 days out or the office lady have no idea for a quote.

What a big difference when the owner is hands on. Right away we knew he knows his stuff and no BS.

The outcome was not cheap but we did our search beforehand and it was what it was giving our situation. He did a temporary fix so my family and I could use the water on that Sunday and came back the following day to finish the job. He cleaned up his work area afterwards and was very professional. Even my wife was impressed.
