We highly recommend RoyalTech Pluming. We could not be happier with their work and service. The team was exceptionally responsive, courteous and their work was top notch. They got us a great price on a new tankless water heater and their installation was great. While no one really wants to have to call a plumber, the next time we do, we plan to call RoyalTech. Had an issue with a dishwasher flooding that created a very deceptive-looking nightmare situation with water pooling up under floorboards and behind baseboards. I got referred to Royaltech by another plumber that didn't have the availability (after a previous appointment with appliance repair fell through), and they came by to take a look the next day on short notice. They were able to quickly assess the problem and suggest remediation steps, without charging for the diagnosis. Showed up the next day, resolved the problem and came back to due preventative maintenance the next week to ensure it wouldn't recur.
