Leon was an absolute lifesaver. We had a horrific plumbing accident occur in the condo above ours which resulted in ours flooding. Happened the day before I left the country for a month.

Leon came to the rescue. Handled all the repairs to our place, dealt with the owners above us, kept my family out of harms way, and is just an all around great human.

Ill go back to Leon and his team for any and all plumbing related issues.

Might also go back to Leon and ask him to babysit too since my 2 year old daughter just loves him.

After literally waiting all day for another plumber who never arrived, I called Royale in a panic. They could not have been more nice and helpful, and best of all, had my toilet fixed within an hour! They are prompt, courteous, do great work, and send you digital copies of all receipts and communications for your records, helpful since my worthless landlord makes me handle these things myself and requires I share all invoices. Thanks Royale!

This is an update from my previous post regarding my terrible experience with Royale Plumbing.

Today a certified Rinnai plumber came over and the problem was fixed literally within 60 seconds of him looking at the unit. It didn't take new parts or special diagnosing equipment... nor did it require replacing the entire unit! Instead, he had integrity for his work and cared that the problem be resolved quickly and efficiently. What Royale Plumbing does is the exact opposite... they did NOT appropriately diagnose the extremely simple problem and instead tried to upsell me into $2000 worth of work! Royale Plumbing is unbelievably unprofessional and it was not only frustrating working with this business, it was totally upsetting and pointless.

Monique, who I spoke on the phone after one of the parts of our water system broke (because of over tightening by the plumber) was very rude. She was very arrogant, raised her voice and threatened to have the guys working in our apt leave because they were taking to long, which is not our fault. Clients should always be treated with respect unlike Monique who started raising her voice and telling me that they have 30 years of plumbing experience, clearly she has no experience talking to human beings and being polite like a decent person.
Humberto, the plumber, and his team were nice and friendly and did a good job.

I have a vacation rental in LA, that I try to manage from halfway around the world in Australia. When I have a problem like a blocked toilet on a Saturday night, just hours before a guest is due to arrive, I need a company I can rely on!
After reading other positive reviews on Yelp, I tried Royale Plumbing. Monique was prompt and professional, and completely understood the urgency and logistics of the problem. A plumber was sent within an hour, and for what I consider a fair price for a Saturday evening. The tenant reported a perfectly working toilet, and a perfectly clean bathroom. I couldn't ask for more, and wouldn't hesitate to use Royale Plumbing again in the future.

After reading excellent reviews for Royale Plumbers I called to have them install a shut off valve that a different plumbing company told me I needed. Monique asked me to take some photos and send them to her. She told me over the phone "" I already have a shut off valve"" and where to look ""there it was"" Royale Plumbers solved my problem over the phone and saved me thousands of dollars! I have found a honest reliable plumber. Royale Plumbing is a family owned business for over 35 years they live and work in the neighborhood. Thank you Monique & Leon

I had an absolute disaster and I needed a plumber asap. They came out in 30 minutes and fixed my leak. He also fitted my RO filter whilst he was there. The cost was much cheaper than I expected and the service was excellent.

The office staff were very helpful and prompt. A few weeks later I called to book an appointment and the person who took my call told me the booking was made but after arranging schedule to work from home the engineer did not turn up. Called to chase and they informed me that they could not find my booking which was annoying. However, after a few initial issues the guys came out and fitted my toilet and did a great job. They came on time and were very quick. They are also very reasonably priced compared to other firms. I would definitely use them again.

Ethical? Hmmm. They charge to come out but if they don't have the part, they have to come out a second time. They gave us a quote and when I approved it a week later, the price magically quadrupled.

Apparently, they have had so many problems with customers in the past, they have to have several emails from the customer stating they will indeed pay for the service. Not sure this is the right business for us. Was a hassle to set up and there were too many of the same, redundant emails addressing the same issues....I would not use them again. The service call, without fixing anything, was a waste of money.
