Such great service. I wanted to have a baseline camera inspection of my main line because others in the area have had some issues. Everyone from the front office to technicians were very friendly and helpful. José and Cody performed the service; friendly, informative and efficient. Showed me the video and explained everything. I'm very happy to highly recommend this company.

I have used Royal T Rooter Service two times. The most recent was Saturday January 26, 2019. My entire house was blocked up. Even though they were extremely booked they made time for me within two hours of my call. They were more than reasonable for their service! I have no clean out drain so they had to pull the commode for access. To pull the commode (which isn't a pleasant job) and reset it was only $35.00 my weekend callout was only $35.00 plus they had to clear roots from the line in two spots about 50 feet out. My total bill was $160 for everything! That is a very reasonable fee! they were fast and efficient as were they the first time I called them so time ago. I was so pleased with their work I put their phone number in my contacts and they were my first and only call. I highly recommend this company. I don't know where Yelp came up with my location in San Francisco! I am in Greeley CO. There doesn't seem to be a place to correct that.

Charged me $85.00 for 20 mins of work. I called to see if they would be willing to lower that because that price is really high and ridiculous. When I called they were rude, and unprofessional. I would never work with this company again. Poor customer service, and unreasonable pricing.

The response I received from Royal T Rooter has been defensive and dismissive. Contacted this company for a second opinion for the main line. Asked to have someone experienced sent out, but was not the case. Technician lacked communication skills. Immediately started moving my property around without asking, yet the other company didn't need to do that. Later I had trouble finding my things, such as, cat food that had been moved and on top of it tools and a blanket covered the bag. When I asked, he informed me that things were going fine with the first 30 feet. I told him I heard banging in the kitchen that hadn't been the case with the first company, he said OK and immediately started pulling the auger back out. I asked about the sewage splattering and he said it would be fine cause he had a splatter guard and would clean up when done, but he never put the splatter guard on throughout the entire process and splattered sewage all over my property. He didn't properly clean up, just used an old towel and smeared the sewage all over- no use of cleaner. At some point and without asking, he turned on my washer to a warm large load. When done he never drained the washer, stacked my things on top of washer with lid closed and never informed me that he left the washer with a full drum of warm water and also didn't put the washer or furnace tubing back in place. The only time he was able to give normal communication is at the end when needing payment and informing they don't do sewer line repair. Later when I was starting the proper clean up of all the sewage splatter he left, I found I needed to throw out 2 kitchen trash bags of my clothes and property. I called this company to report how bad the service was, a young lady that didn't know how to properly take the call answered and needed to put me on hold to talk with someone named Sue about my concern with the auger going backwards into my kitchen wall and possibly causing damage and about all my property that was damaged by the sewage. My concerns were dismissed for that call, but later Roland left a message that someone would stop by and see what issue MIGHT have happened and also relayed the tech's lie about how he cleaned up and even lying about how he cleaned up a mess on the washer he claimed was left from the other company. Not True! The other company had a splatter guard they actually used, wore boot covers, didn't need to fill the washer or move any of my property around and let me get in there to cover the washer and property with a tarp. No one from Royal T Rooter ever showed up and they continue to be defensive and dismissive! At almost 2 weeks later when we could start using our plumbing we found the tech had left the drum completely full of water leaving a mildew/mold smell. Have ran bleach through it and tested some clothing and the smell remains. Clothing ran through washer smells like mildew as well. We feel that there has been damage to the pipes due to the auger going backwards into the house. New issues with the tub, sink, toilet, running water sound. A call to Roland was again defensive with him claiming we used our washer and that it was defective because he claims that they never leave standing water, but at the time of the call to him we hadn't even put back the tubing his tech had left undone and in fact had just found the washer full of water with the mold smell and called them before washing anything. Bottom line - Royal T Rooter doesn't want to hear about-fix-or learn and improve from their mistakes. Royal T Rooter is defensive and dismissive and has left me with a smelly washer, bags of destroyed property and possible damage in the pipes within my house's walls.

I bought a new home in Evans, CO and needed to have a sewer cam inspection done so I would know if there were any problems before it went through escrow. According to my realtor, the above plumbing company came out on time, but said they needed to get inside the home to pull a toilet because a cleanout was not seen out in front of the house. Certainly a qualified company or plumber charging $180 to scope and report about what was found would know how to find the clean out on a home built in 2002? Not a big fan of this company...

I've used royal t twice and highly recommend them for a blockage or needing a camera to assess the condition of a line. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful. Andy was very easy to talk to and friendly. Got my problem fixed without any upselling. Fair pricing.

I was referred by a friend that had just used Royal-t earlier this week. I called, and they returned my call in 20 min. Jose came and fixed my problem. The service is 5 star! Love, love Royal-t!!!

We had a backup in our laundry room when we ran the dish washer and clothes washer so we called Royal T. When the guy came out we told him what the problem was so he was clear about what we needed fixed. He then snaked our main line and ran the bathtub (which we never had a problem with) and told it we were good to go and left. We started the dishwasher shortly after he said he fixed the problem and the backup was still there so we called them again and said they didn't fix the problem we called them for. A second guy came out and said that the first guy snaked the wrong thing, he should have done the line in the laundry room that was backing up rather than the main one. The problem got fixed when the second guy did that, but they charged us for a second house call. I felt that was not right being that the first guy messed up (even according to the second guy) and it wasn't our fault they had to come twice to fix the one problem we called them to fix. We challenged the second charge to no avail. The second guy was really nice and helpful, but I don't feel like I should have had to pay for two house calls in this situation.

Had Royal T come out to do a sewer line camera inspection after having the line clog twice in one week. Used another service to rooter the line and apparently they aren't very good at it since it was clogged again when Royal T came out. They cleared the line and did the inspection. $85 to rooter the line was almost 1/3 of what the other company was charging. I'll definitely be using Royal T again.

Our floor drain in the basement was backing up, and since it was later in the evening when we called, we set an appointment for the next day. They came and worked pretty fast - and were reasonably sure that was going to fix the problem. Unfortunately it didn't - and two days later the floor drain started backing up again, much worse than before. We called Sunday morning, and within an hour Jeremiah and Jose were there. There were roots that the tool simply couldn't get to going through the floor drain so they pulled the toilet up and went through that way. Problem solved! And they did not charge for the second visit. (They guarantee for roots up to a certain number of months.) Professional and very courteous service - and they tell you up front what the fee will be, which takes some of the stress out of needing a plumber visit.
