I called first thing in the morning. they gave me a time that they would arrive. no show. I called back after the timeframe, they stated, we will be there in 30 minutes. An hour later still a no show. Having to call another company. Bad part is that I got their name as a reference from a builder. I will be letting my friend know not to recommend them anymore.

Royal -T- Rooter Service are the best rooter service around. They always clear the problem and leave with everything cleaned up and nice. I've used them for 30 years when I had a problem. They always get here asap. Amber who answers the phone for appointments is also very friendly and nice and very accommodating.

the other company, . Rapid Rooter charged me $300 and I had to get it done again 7 months later. Plus Rapid Rooter left my bathroom dirty and they blew up 2 shower heads I had to replace. I Learned my lesson.

I had a blockage between the street in my house on the main line. Called royalty service and they were out in just a few hours. They sent Jeremiah he was amazing got to the problem and fixed it I would recommend this company.

I work in a very old building in Fort Collins, and we were having issues with water backing up in every single floor drain. After a recommendation from a handyman friend who's utilized this company before, I gave them a call.

They were able to send someone immediately even though it was a last minute, early morning request. The gentleman went through the building and decided which spot to tackle the issue from, then came back with the discovery that it was our grease trap that was causing the blockage. We got that cleaned out and unfortunately, the problem wasn't solved.

I gave them a call the day after the trap was cleaned and let them know they hadn't diagnosed the problem correctly (although the grease trap definitely needed a good clean, so I am grateful to him for pointing that out), so they sent out one of the supervisors who arrived less than an hour after I placed the call, and discovered half a mop (How? Seriously, how??) that was causing the blockage. Since then, we've had zero issues and they'll be my go-to if we ever have any future problems.

THE BEST. Phone answered by friendly, smart person. Immediate appointment setting, and showed up as expected, right on time. Job neatly, done, fair and square. Sure don't want another plumbing problem, but if I have one I'll call these guys right away.

This company sent out service technicians to my location after hours in an extremely timely manner. Which is the only reason these guys get the single star they do receive. They managed to flood my bathroom, because they forgot there was water in the tub, while removing the toilet to fix the issue at hand. Then once they cleared whatever line they had to of roots. They packed up and left. Left trash, sewage spray all over my blinds and walls, muddy foot prints, balls of sludge, murky water puddles. The whole nine yards. The best part was the older technician made a joke out the door followed by a chuckle and a ""Have fun cleaning that up."" Rude. Inconsiderate and unprofessional.

Such great service. I wanted to have a baseline camera inspection of my main line because others in the area have had some issues. Everyone from the front office to technicians were very friendly and helpful. José and Cody performed the service; friendly, informative and efficient. Showed me the video and explained everything. I'm very happy to highly recommend this company.
