Very pleased with every aspect from initial response, availability, and prompt arrival to execution and follow through. When out drain tech, Kevin, came out and realized our line was clear but the sewer drain was backed up, he went above and beyond and found backed up lines in the street. He turned what was a constant flow of backup into next level action by contacting the city himself and waited for their arrival. He sought the whole thing through and is a service hero. I would recommend this company to my mother or anyone in need.

Royal Rooter has been amazing to work with! We had our basement flood and Royal Rooter came to help in no time! Kevin came with the equipment that we asked for and he was a great help. Just moved to an unoccupied house that had never maintained the sewer line. Lots of backups (yuck). I called Royal Rooter on a weekend -- they were willing to come right away, or wait till week day and gave me the choice. Mike the owner is very experienced and knowledgeable about root cause of and repairs to sewage line issues. He offered to put a camera down the line to see why backups recurred. He gave me suggestions on how to prevent it and also knew a few reasons why the recurrences were happening. I would call them again for sure.

Will not use again. Came in to unclog backed up business drain. Ran a snake 30 feet and figured out
It was grease trap. He maybe worked 30 minutes. I'm being generous here. I feel he felt he could bill whatever because it is a Corporate restaurant. Or he had to account for his time of doing nothing. He was wrong.royal rooter will not work for our company again. I even helped take the trap cover off. Called grease trap guy who pumped it out. The royal rooter guy hands me a bill for an hour and a half. He stood around for the majority of it while the pump guys worked. Who actually charged me 50 dollars less and did a great job. Extremely unsatisfied and I NEVER give bad reviews.

I would NOT recommend Royal Rooter. They worked on my 92 year old grandmother's kitchen drain and did NOT fix it and when I called weeks later to come and see if they could fix it correctly; I was given an attitude by Mike (possibly the owner). It seems like this is not a reputable company and for what they charged my grandmother and did NOT fix the problem, it wasn't worth even fighting over because they are not a company who believes in customer satisfaction or service.
