Our insurer Chubb recommended Royal Plus to repair and rebuild our bathroom in our rental property. They were very nice to work with and subcontracted some of their work out to a company called LeClaire Flooring.

23 months later - when we took the property back, we realized a number of the tiles were cracking in the bathroom we had just spent 25k on fixing. So we raised the issue with them, and they pushed us at the subcontractor. Who ghosted us and blamed the solution on Home Depot Tile.

So we had to hire a 3rd party firm to come in and fix the problem as we lost a month before we were able to put the home on the market to sell it. The third party wanted to charge us for their own defective installation. So neither Royal Plus nor the sub contractor would stand by their work. We will never use them again. My advice is hire a real contractor who specializes in this because the experience has left a really bad taste.
