Terrible plumbers, had them come out and tore the bathroom apart sheet rock in the kitchen and other places. And left everything apart, didn't even put sink back In The bathroom or hooked it back up. This is the way they treat our elderly and military veterans. Took advantage of them. Terrible and sad.

Thank you! Roseanne, Austin and Glyniss!!! The City had turned off the gas due to a gas leak. Royal Plumbing was the 2nd company to come out to quote for a leak on the riser. From now on they will be the 1st phone call. Thanks to their wonderful team - Austin and Glyniss did the repair work and Roseanne worked to get the inspection done the same day!!! Fabulous job and reasonable pricing! I am so thankful that my sister now has heat, hot water and able to use the gas stove. And for the kindness the team displayed. Again, thank you!

We live in Portland. Royal Plumbing was the 5th company I called. The answering machine and the person answering the phone were clear explaining the base fee and the discount available for veterans and seniors. An appointment was available within a day or two, but they were able to set the appointment at my convenience.

I was pleased to see only one plumber was sent to the house. Bryan is the plumber sent to our house. Bryan was courteous and friendly and most importantly he fixed the tub leak efficiently without having to leave the premises for the part.

He fixed it in less than an hour. The work and the part is warranted for two years.

When we need a plumber, we will call them first.

while he did a very good job, have no complaint there. my problem is having him give me a receipt for the labor and materials used. He received 3500$ payment when he was done, i would like a receipt for my records. despite many phone calls and emails, my request has gone unanswered.
