I definitely want to warn people about these ""professional"" plumbers. They were definitely not prepared and professional. I expected to pay for a plumber that could do the job fast and right. I dug the hole myself, identified the issue, and all they needed to do is cut the 20 inches of copper pipe and solder a new piece. I could have done it in 30 minutes, they had to stop the job and run to the hardware store to get a plumbing tool (that they should have come prepared with in their truck). It took them 45 minutes and YES they charged me for that time too!
They finally came back and spent more than an hour choosing between how to do the job. There were moments that they said that they wouldn't use crimp rings outside and then when they put the wrong size copper pipe attached to the fitting, they ended up redoing their own work a different way and used crimp rings. In the end, it seemed like one guy was the kid in training and the other guy was the kid that just got trained. The 30 minute job took 3 hours and I was charged $400 even, not given a run of the charges, a bill, or a receipt. The parts that they used cost less that $30 and their wasted time not having the right tools or being prepared cost me way too much!!!
I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Our hot water heater went out on a Saturday and Eric from Royal Plumbing came out and got the job done. Yes I paid a bit more for being a Saturday but the price was fair and Eric's service was excellent.

Stefani at Royal Plumbing insists they repaired the toilet on our 2nd floor but I don't even have a second floor! Now she says she will turn this over to collections obviously for work that was never done. I don't know what this company is up to but they are certainly not a reliable business.

HORRIBLE AND ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. My property management company called them to come out and fix a dripping shower head. TOOK 2 WEEKS OF ""PHONE TAG"" JUST TO SCHEDULE THEM TO COME OUT. Once they came out, they told me the water line, shower head, shower hose were old and needed flushed to stop dripping. Showed me how to do it. Then they wrote the invoice and said ""nothing wrong, couldn't find the problem,"" so I got charged by my property management company who said Royal Plumbing didn't tell them the same thing they told me. I called Royal Plumbing 3 TIMES IN A WEEK AND A HALF (a month ago) and they never bothered to return my call. I was polite and requested a call back each time in order to straighten out the invoice to reflect what I was told. ONCE THEY HAD THEIR MONEY THEY DID NOT GIVE ME ONE PHONE CALL BACK TO STRAIGHTEN OUT THEIR INCORRECT INVOICE. I have NEVER had a Flagstaff company just IGNORE phone messages and never give the courtesy of a call back. If I could give them a NEGATIVE rating I would. The only thing ""Royal"" about them is they are a ""ROYAL PAIN IN THE A**"" CALL ANOTHER COMPANY WHO CARES ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. This one clearly DOES NOT. I don't care if you can fix something or not, if you cannot treat people right YOU DO NOT DESERVE TO BE IN BUSINESS! I am writing this review after over a month and a half of NO RESOLUTION.

I live in Munds Park and had a clog that ended up pooling water under my house. We have one bathroom and couldn't use any water. I called 10 plumbers and no one called me back in over 24 overs. I called Royal and Jim came right out and fixed my plumbing. I'm so relieved. Highly recommend Royal Plumbing.

Kenji was very polite and helpful. I was able to schedule my service call within a few days. (Not an emergency.) The price was more than reasonable. I am so happy I found Royal Plumbing. Highly recommend them.

Spent over $100 then I ended up fixing the clog myself after they left. I was disappointed because I had used them some time ago and the guy was so very helpful.

They always are very professional and they do a great job. I had them come out for an emergency job during the last storm and they came right away and fixed my issue. I 10 out of 10 recommend them. Will never use another plumbing company other than them.

Someone was scheduled to come out and indicated he was heading over and would arrive very soon. 45 minutes later I called to check if they were close/still heading over/to help if lost/etc & was told it would possibly be 2 hours later that they could come. There's a lot of snow right now so I understand delays but if they were near and en route... would have appreciated being updated about a nearly 3 hour delay after being told they were on their way and would arrive shortly. They said they ""I can't tell the future"" and indicated I should just deal with it (not in quotes since I don't remember exactly what was said but general vibe).

Updates on delays are reasonable so that surprised me. When I stated my name in the initial call he asked if I knew how to spell it so I guess I should've expected mishaps & from the start he gave off strong IDGAF vibes so... Idk. I said because of the delay I'd try to see if anyone could come out sooner & they shifted a bit & indicated they wouldn't hate me if I used another company, but with an F you vibe which was confusing. Unusual interactions throughout so it felt off so think it was for the best they never showed up. Had started asking if they could let me know when they were actually heading over but they hung up on me so.... I really tried to give them a chance & the benefit of the doubt. Not the greatest first impression of a company but hopefully not indicative of how all jobs are handled. I hope?

These guys are amazing. Jordan came out right away, on icy roads, during the holiday season, to help. I would recommend all the way!!! Thanks you guys so much. Will be calling again if and when I need another plumber
