Royal Plumbing was able to move my appointment up by several hours. When they arrived, they were polite and went straight to work on our clogged kitchen sink. After clearing the clog they gave attention to another plumbing concern. They fixed those issues on the spot without hesitation. Very good service and reasonable rates. We'll be sure to call them first with our plumbing needs!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THEM! I had a water leak in my stop and waste valve at the house (the water company came out and checked why my bill was 3 times higher than normal and why my meter was full of water, and thats what they found to be the issue and told me was the reason for the water leak.) So I called the property management company of my house on early Thur afternoon right after the water co left, to let them know and to send a plumber out to fix it. They called Royal Plumbing to come out. Well, they didnt even SHOW to JUST LOOK AT IT until the following Wednesday (a full WEEK later!) Then, they said that they needed permission from the utilities to dig (blue staking.) Well, that was done and finished by Friday morning (as I talked to last person to come out and spray paint and he told me he was the last one needed to come out based on all the other paint markings on the ground.) So I let Royal Plumbing know it was finished so they could come out and fix the leak that day. Yet, Royal Plumbing didnt even show until very late in the afternoon the following TUESDAY!! So it took them THIRTEEN DAYS to fix a simple stop and waste valve leak!!!!! To add to it, the management co told me that they couldnt reach them on the phone and were getting no call back from them. So I called them and left two messages with no call back either, and when I did finally reach Mike, I explained to him that I had really bad cell service at the house and asked him to email me or text me to let me know when they would be there and to keep me posted of their coming and going because I had a dog at the house and needed to plan letting the dog out around their coming and going, as well as to give me notice of when they would turn off the water so I could work around that... Not even ONCE did they contact me after that conversation with Mike! The topper of it all, they came in through a gate I have around the property at the driveway that was secured by two clips and a wire to keep it securely closed to use a outdoor water faucet at the house after they finished, but the water faucet is BROKEN and was heavily taped with duct tape so it wouldnt be used by anyone, yet THEY USED IT ANYWAY!!!!!! Then, they didnt even turn it off all the way after they used the broken faucet! There was a big water puddle in the driveway from the water dripping for 24 hrs, as I didnt get home until 24 hrs later (my outdoor camera caught them coming onto the property, so thats how I know how long the water was dripping in my driveway.) Worse yet, oh ya, it gets even better, they didnt even bother to secure the gate after they left!! They also left cut tree limbs scattered about where they fixed the leak (which werent even around the meter or stop and waste valve!) This was absolutely the WORST experience I have ever had with a plumber in my life! Their customer service is non-existent and they dont care about the customer AT ALL!

Called Royal Plumbing today because my dads house has had problems with clogs in the sewer for several years. There were always temporary fixes but the problem would always return. Gabriel came with another man and ran a comercial snake all the way to the street and after 30 minutes everything is clear. Same day service and Gabriel is super nice and professional as well as the other gentleman. I highly recommend Royal Plumbing!

Called every drain service plumber in Flagstaff. Every one was booked until the end of the day. We are in a busy office downtown and needed some one quick. Royal Plumbing had snaked the drain a couple of months ago. They remembered us and came over quickly. They saved the day when no one else would even try. Great service!!!

I own a condo in Flagstaff and don't know who to turn to for repairs and work in Flag. I got the name of a property manager from a friend and he recommended Royal Plumbing. I spoke with Gabe and they came out to do a repair of my hot water heater. It didn't fit the problem and when I spoke with Gabe he said he wouldn't charge me for a service if it didn't resolve the problem. I find that very honorable. We spoke and decided in my situation it would be best to just replace the whole hot water heater. The guys just left and the work was done so well. Clean and beautiful install. I love it when craftsmen do a great job. They obviously care about the work they do. It wasn't just forced fit and a quick job. They were quick but it was done professionally and I'm confident it will last a long time without concerns. I highly recommend this company and its staff. I truly think you can't do better for plumbing work in Flagstaff.
