Today Larry and Brad from Royal Plumbing did a wonderful job replacing our 75 gallon hot water heater and two sink faucets. They arrived promptly wearing masks and booties. They were extremely careful to keep everything neat and clean. They knew exactly what they were doing and were very professional. As always Royal Plumbing gave us the royal treatment!

Royal Plumbing gives prompt, courteous and professional service. Starting with Sherry on the phone who is always so friendly and accommodating and on to Alex who always comes to our house, fixes the problem and is so nice in explaining what he did. He is amazing in that he installs toilets, hot water heaters, and sump pumps by himself.
So nice to have this company in town!

Guys showed during pandemic late May with no masks, no gloves, no booties, wanted to shake hands. Lied and said they had drop cloths, then used plastic bags instead when opening a wall. I asked Clint ""where are the drop cloths you said you had"" and got belligerent and said ""they're dirty!!"" [never used]. Dust everywhere. Manager Danny was remote and completely useless, beyond useless; actually combative. God forbid the owner called back or anything. All staff kicked out for obstinance, lying, public health & incompetence. But it wasn't easy, one of the two ""skilled"" laborers got in my face, in the home and apparently wanted to fight or something. Absurd, and dangerous!

Update, it was just brought to my attention today that a credit card went missing the day these knuckleheads were in the home unsupervised. Great. STAY AWAY!!

Called Royal Plumbing first thing in the morning and they were at my door by 9:am. Had some toilet issues which were fixed immediately. Such kind workers and so efficient. Very reasonably priced as well.

I would not use this company at all. They send out one guy to install a water heater and expects the homeowner to help him, that's a load of B.S. Than they up-charge you for stuff that you don't need citing it's the current plumbing code, baloney. I used them twice and in both instances, they have issues. The first time was inferior cheap valves that rusted. If you want the job done right, hire a real plumbing company, not Moe, Larry and Curly.

Worst ever service. In my call for service I told them exactly what the problem was, roots! And the distance to the roots. Over the years I have learned it would need rodding every three to four years. I trusted the reviews here, so let them do their work, I even recommended them to a neighbor who had them out days later. Their cleanout lasted me about two weeks before it started backing up again. So I called another service they used two sets of root cutting blades and a camera just to make sure it was clear, and no extra charge. My neighbor later told me they claimed the could not get a root cutter into the sewer line only the one with an arrow tip. My neighbor was not buying it and told them they would not get paid if they did not use the cutter. My neighbor stood and watched them, and then they were able to use a cutter. I guess they used just the tip on mine. This works for a moment only as the roots are not cut out. So this was months ago and I did not want to post it until I was sure my trouble did not return.

Did a great job in a very timely matter. I am very unimpressed with the phone operator/office worker, I don't understand the attitude and found it very unnecessary. Every one has bad days but on two separate occasions she was very rude , short, and nothing but tude-y.

Our water heater went out, and we were hoping it would be an easy fix to get the water heater back up and running. After a few attempts, it became clear that it was time to call a professional. After shopping around and even looking into having one of the large home improvement supplies stores installing a new one (which was incredibly expensive), we were referred to Royal Plumbing. By far saved us the most money, and they had no problem installing a new water heater we picked up previously for a good price.
The Tech that came out was great, very professional and friendly, and in only 1.5 hours had the old water heater removed, hauled away, and installed the new one. Great experience and would absolutely recommend them!

We need routine rodding on our main sewer line to keep it free of roots. I was looking for a new company to perform this and Royal was local so decided to give them a try. I also had a shower handle that was broken so i had them come out for both. Called yesterday and they gave me an appt for today since it was not an emergency. Alex also noticed that one of my toilets was running and made a quick adjustment to both toilets. Rodded the sewer and explained everything to me as he was going. Figured out it was just a small part we need for the shower handle that i can install myself with a screwdriver so he is going to order the parts for me to pick up at the office and save the extra trip charge for them to install it. Price was fair for the job and i will definitely use them for my future plumbing needs.
