I had my swamp cooler replaced in 2007 by Hausermechanical. John Hauserman completed the job both on-time and under budget. I had no issues with any of his work. I have referred Hauserman mechanical to both family and friends. Every time I have referred him he has completed the job on-time and under budget. This is to the extent that everyone I have referred him to, has used Hausermechanical again if the needs arise on different tasks. I have been very satisified with his work, and everyone that I have referred him to has been satisified with his work as well. I would not hsitate to use Hauserman mechanical in ther future with all of my HVAC needs.

Wow! This company is the best. Old fashion customer service from the get go down to the project clean up and everything in between! I've used Courtesy for plumbing and HVAC issues at my home several times and each time I've been so happy! Cheyann and Neil are efficient, friendly and responsible people on the Courtesy team! And today the bill was over $100 less than the estimate. Honest as well as capable people! I highly recommend Courtesy!

I've been using Courtesy Plumbing for well over 15 years and have referred others to this company as well; all have been very happy with the work done. Courtesy Plumbing is reliable, does superb work and is exceedingly honest in both work and assessments of what is needed, sometimes dissuading me from unnecessary fixes suggested by others. They are a smaller company than many in the Albuquerque area which makes it necessary to wait for larger projects sometimes--WELL worth the wait for the quality. They installed a huge HVAC system, did two large electrical upgrades and designed a VERY complicated plumbing fix--all this in addition to handling all the usual emergency leaks, etc on a cranky old house with lots of issues. And on top of all this they are just plain nice, hardworking guys.

We woke up to our water heater flooding our garage. This was the 3rd time in 4 years. We called Courtesy, and they scheduled us the next day!! They were on time, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, they answered all of our questions. We recommend this company! Anthony Vigil was our lead tech. I think Neil was the name of the other technician. There were 4 technicians that showed up in total, but I can't remember everyone's name, (sorry guys!). Thanks again!

They have fixed our refrigerated air twice over the past five years. We had two other companies attempt to fix the problem and gave very expensive quotes to change the compressor. Fortunately, Courtesy showed up and found an inexpensive component needed repair with the thermostat. Five years later, they repaired the AC but after a few days it stopped outputting cold air. again. They returned and admitted their mistake and fixed the problem for good. We couldn't be happier with their service and integrity. I only wish they could be cloned.

DO NOT use this company!!! I took off work to wait for an 830 to 930 appointment. Called at 945 to find out where they were. ""Oh you're not on the schedule. I guess I made a mistake."" No apology at ALL. She acted like it was somehow my mistake that she screwed up. Totally the most unprofessional person I've ever dealt with. There are lots of other companies out there. Maybe there's one that actually care about customers.
