If I could give less than 1 star I would.

Their owner and customer service are unprofessional and rude. I set up an appointment time with them. They gave a 4 hour time window. I called 45 minutes prior to the time ending and was told that the plumber was finishing a job and would be to me next. I called back 10 minutes prior to the end of the time frame given and was told ""the prior job went longer than he expected"". Please note, they didn't call me - I had to call them. Then they wanted me to reschedule (please note they wanted payment prior to the job being done). After rescheduling the second time, the technician never showed. We contacted them 15 minutes prior to then of the 4 hour window only to be connected to their answering machine stated that they are closed for the day.

We called back on the next business day and was told that the technician did show up and waited for 15 minutes but no one was at home. This was not true as I had been home since 12:45. They also said that they called. When asked for then numbers called, they refused to give them as they were told that we have no calls from them on our phone. We were told that we would have to reschedule for the 3rd time and wait. Our request was simple - please schedule us first because of what has happened the first two times. Cam (the person on the phone) was rude and unprofessional telling us that we would have to wait during the 4 hour time window. I asked to speak with a manager or the owner and was told no he would not transfer the call. After he hung up, they then contacted my homeowner's insurance and listed the job as complete.

I then sent an email to Nate Taylor the owner requesting a call back. I informed him that he had my money and lied to my insurance company telling them that he completed a service when he did not. I informed him that if he did not contact me, I would contact the PA State AG. Mr. Taylor called back - not in a professional manner, but just as rude, if not more rude then his customer service agent. He was never apologetic for anything and made it seem as though we were the cause for not being serviced. All he continued to say was ""we are not scammers"". There was never mention of anyone being scammed. We just asked that they do the right thing, and schedule us first. No person wants to sit for 4 hours waiting on someone and you don't know when and if they will come - especially anyone who has a job of their own. PLEASE STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Absolute worse. AHS assigned them to fix a toilet that was running. On the first call, they replaced the flapper, still running. On the second visit they repacked the flush valve, That stopped the water from running, but know it does not flush properly. Now the tank is only half-filled with water and I need to flush 2 or 3 times as the flush valve is too short, If I was younger I could have fixed in myself, the parts are only $14 on Amazon. They came out again & stated as long as it flushes, they met the work requirement. So now, I have to stand there & wait till it fills & give it a 2nd flush. I hope I am wrong, but I anticipate having a clogged toilet at some point due to the flow not moving it to the stack.

Tristan was very nice and took care of the problem from what he could observe. He took his time to test the leaking area to ensure it was what he assessed. I would request him back again.

Agree with everyone else - not a reputable company at all - sent to us by American Home Shield. The guy who came out admitted he didn't want to do the work alone and he'd call one of his guys to come out with a better snake. That turned into a $425 charge. We disputed their finding with AHS and they sent a real plumber to our house who fixed the issue in less than 10 minutes. All this company wants is extra money

This company was assigned to me by American Home Shield. They came out to diagnose a leaky shower, estimated $425 additional work to be done, and left my shower unassembled and no longer working. When I tried to contact management I did not receive a call back from the manager about the issue only the dispatcher to relay a message from his manager. The plumber was clearly inexperienced and now I have to pay another plumber to fix work that has caused more issues. DO NOT USE if assigned to you!! This company is clearly unprofessional and lacks the courtesy to replace things that they took apart to force their customers into ridiculous claims and bills

No experience, NOT a REAL plumber. Installed the wrong piping, violated code, and now my lower level is FLOODED!!!! WTF - clueless and will NOT honor their error, nor fix it, let alone cover the damages that THEY caused.

the absolute worst company in the universe, they will rip you off they will keep lying and making up bullsh.... to leave and charge you another service fee to come back stay as far away as possible

I will not recommend Royal Plumbing. I had a leaky faucet. Our insurance company hired Royal plumbing to fix the problem. they promptly sent a person to fix the issue. in my opinion the guy who showed up seem like a handy man without real knowledge to fix the issue. he messed up the faucet and it started to leak much more. when I called them and reported the issue they said it will not be covered by the insurance and I have to pay $550 to replace it. they said it will not be covered because of restrictions or block in the faucet. the actual problem was the valve that needed replacement.
