Royal Plumbing was assigned to me by my Home Warranty Company. We had two issues: the toilet was licking at the bottom and hot water was gushing from our sink faucet. It took them two visits to fix the toilet, but it seems the problem is now resolved. The technician also shut the hot water valve to the faucet while we were waiting for the new faucet to come. As soon as the replacement faucet came, the technician was back and replaced the faulty fixture. The scheduling and communication was very easy and courteous. Technicians were polite and cleaned after the work was done. I appreciated that they sent me a more experienced technician the second time around, when the toilet was still licking after the initial repair.

This company is a day time robber. They charged me $540 even my water heater was covered by American Home Shield Insurance. They called it modification even installation was covered. Four parts they installed, one of them wasn't necessary (Flue pipe) They can easily reuse the old one. They charged for gas line $135 (less than $5 at local hardware store) $135 for Flue pipe (less than $10 from local hardware store) and $270 for two soft water line connectors (not more than $60 at local hardware store). They did it because they can and I wanted my water heater fixed asap. No ethics. I already reported to AHS insurance company and I reported to attorney general's office for this price gouging. Stay away from this company. If you have Insurance ask your insurance to switch the contractor, I can't guarantee that other contractor (company) is good or not, but this company is definitely the worst.

They showed up and seemingly refused to do the work that was agreed to previously by phone and in person with the quoted price. The reason I think is because they refused to honor a $40 discount that was a part of a warranty/service contract I have. That discount that I was to receive from them would be paid to the plumbing company by the warranty/service contract company. This was discussed during the appointment scheduling by phone and witb the plumber on the day of his arrival. The worst part is that the plumber left and didn't explain or follow up with a reason or decline to honor the discount and do the work. Poor customer service and lack of basic communication.

Lauren was professional, caring and so very helpful. She took the time to call me when she had an appointment open up prior to the scheduled one. Lauren also was so kind to call me to ask if I was satisfied with Royal. Plumbing services and if the backup was resolved that goes beyond customer service and I thank her and Royal for being such upstanding people. I also want to thank Kahlil (sorry for the spelling error) he was on time, courteous and solved our backup issue. Definitely will call them again!

My kitchen sink would not drain and all my snaking and Drano efforts had failed. Royal responded to my request for help faster than any other company. They were out within two days, which was fine considering this was not an emergency, and they finished fixing my disaster in less than one hour. They were clean and professional. They notified me in advance of their arrival by days, then hours, then on his way, then they followed up after their guy left to make sure everything was great. I'll use them every time!

These guys saved me one year ago from an incompetent. Long story short, a few months and I had a a new gas boiler. The time it took was NOT due to them. One year later I had an igniter problem with the same new boiler (new electronic is not the same as old fashioned pilot light). They came and fixed it in 30 minutes
