We had a bathroom water Presure problem wasn't sure if it was a leak somewhere or old sink faucet. The young man they sent was great we had already purchased a new faucet in anticipation of a coming remodel. The young man replaced the old with the new and restored a decent flow evidently the old faucet was corroding. All this to say I was charged
$ 247.00 for labor Outrageous! We moved from Nashville so I knew California prices would be a bit more but he was here actually working on the replacement less then an hour but $ 247.00 and not even a new customer discount. (TN $75 an hour 2 hour minimum) Obviously I will ask for hourly labor rate next time and bid out the larger whole house remodel plumbing project to multiple plumbers. Nice folks responsive expensive large vans but doesn't justify installing a small faucet in bathroom ..... jussayin

Jason and his team are EXCELLENT!! We had a water leak in the wall between our laundry room and bathroom. My home warranty couldn't get a plumber here for days, but Jason was here within half an hour of calling him, and repaired the issue promptly. Price was very fair!

I had used Jaso for a couple service calls. But on the last one which was repairing a water softener, he could not figure it out so I gave him my owners manual. He was going to look into what needed to be done and get back to me. After three calls to his answering service, so I know he got my calls, he has refused to return my call or return my owners manual. I will not use him ever again.

Jason and his team are amazing! They put all new plumbing throughout our home and installed a new tankless water heater. Also they have stopped by our home at a drop of a hat whenever we needed any additional plumbing work. So professional and friendly. Very happy with all their work throughout our home. Jason at Royal Plumbing came out to my home after my septic tank did not pass inspection. They tore out my sprinkler system. I was concerned and asked about that and he assured me that he would repair the damage they had done and also spread grass seed out on the yard.
He never finished the job. He told me today that he under bid the job and lost money on the job and that he is done. He is not a man of his word.

The owner of Royal Plumbing, Jason is not a man of his word. I was forced by Fidelity Title Company to pay Royal Plumbing because they had to Close the File. The job was not finished and my buyers are not able to use the sprinkler system. Jason assured me that he would come back and finish the job and we have never heard from him since..
