Lady on the phone is the most Unprofessional person I have spoke to. Very rude . I have been diaries for more than 3 days to get a hold of them to come unclog my Tub . They never communicated to me they were coming at any time . I leave to work and I get home hours later with this business card in my door and I call the first number on here and say if they can come now since I'm home and I have not been able to shower due to the major clogg . The rude lady answers and says the plumber left since no one was home and there was suppose to be someone there , like hello people work . Maybe you should try calling first . She is very rude and starts arguing with me instead of being helpful . Do not contact this company very rude and unprofessional . It's disappointing

I called late morning because my kitchen sink was clogged, and master bathroom toilet was making the weirdest noises. They sent plumbers out this afternoon and repaired everything promptly. I highly recommend this company.

These people are the best. I've used them twice and received great service on both occasions. Two years ago I called, not expecting anyone to respond the same day, for a defective pressure regulator. Within a couple of hours the owner Pete responded and quickly made the repair - that was 2016. This afternoon (a Friday at that) I discovered that a sprinkler leak was actually a water main leak. Not expecting anyone until Saturday at the latest - a couple of hours later I was called and told the repair team would be here in 15 minutes. The repair to the water main was made and the sprinkler supply line was rerouted as it should have been when the home was built. The guy used quality materials, worked quickly and did excellent work. For both repairs I feel the charges were very fair and the response from Royal was incredible. Thanks Pete for operating an honest business and you can be proud of the work that Joey and his assistant performed.

I've been using this company for our Property for over 5 years and I have had nothing but excellent service! Every time I call them, they are here the same day or early the next day. Even on weekends and holidays, they have bailed my tenants out of really bad plumbing situations. The one and only time they couldn't come after hours, I called another plumbing company which ended up giving my tenant a really bad attitude and I ended up having to call Royal to come fix the problem the other company couldn't fix and made worse. Pete and Joey are very reliable and trustworthy.

I cannot understand any of the above reviews... as I have worked w many plumbing contractors over decades as a real estate broker....and, I cannot say enough positive things about Royal
Plumbing!
Cindy is knowledgeable & caring as she attempts to schedule one client in crisis after the next.
Joey& Pete are always willing to work into the dark of night to guarantee all is done well & that the client is safe.
I am so grateful to Scott of Affordable Property Mgt ( West Covina) for the introduction & I cannot imagine not appreciating their hard work & dedication.

This is a very unorganized company. A woman in her 40s-50s who answers the phone is VERY rude. She rushed me off the phone (more than twice) and told me that she will call me back and she didn't. I called back to give her my availability and she couldn't confirm a time frame to fix my plumbing and tells me to call back (again). A plumber randomly showed up today (Saturday) without informing me that they would come and said I wasn't home when I was! If you have a choice I would not recommend this company. The two stars I gave are for the plumbers who did a somewhat decent job when they eventually got to fixing the plumbing problems.

Horrible lady who takes calls. Very irresponsible and unorganized! Makes appointments, then doesn't show up, then acts like it's your fault and is totally rude about it! It's almost unreal! I sat around all day waiting then finally called and she had no clue what was going on and had a total attitude. Disgusting. It's ran out of a house and they only make appointments in your area when it's convenient for her husband and or workers (only when they're nearby working). And when they say they're gonna call, they rarely do. It's a total joke! If you're going to have a business people, learn how to run one first of all, and learn how to treat customers, especially when YOU screw up! Also over charges! I don't even want to give one star but I have to in order to post. Overall, bad deal!
