A friend referred me to Royal Oak Plumbing Co. They came out to assess our kitchen faucet leak, which we thought needed a new garbage disposal since water was leaking from there & it had been installed incorrectly initially (by a different company). We actually needed a new faucet. ROPC didn't charge us for the initial visit since we had to order a new faucet. They came back to install it and everything went extremely well. They have been very responsive and helpful the entire time. Also, I have health issues that mean a serious virus could be deadly for me. We expected to have to call lots of plumbers to find one willing to wear a mask, but ROPC was nice, accommodating and took every precaution. So thankful to have called them and I would refer them to anyone.

I have had soooo many plumbers over the 20 years in this house flanked by huge maples that clog our sewer and storm drain. This company is the best and I will only use them from now on. Great service and the fairest prices around. Trust me, I've tried all the others!

I have only owned two homes to date, so calling a plumber is not something I needed to do very often. My previous home was newly constructed, so I had a few maintenance issues. My current home in Royal Oak is older, so professional assistance is required for repairs periodically. I had an excellent experience with Joe and Jim from Royal Oak Plumbing. In every profession, there are good and bad guys. Royal Oak Plumbing was outstanding. They provided excellent, fair. honest, timely, and courteous service. Without hesitation, I would recommend Royal Oak Plumbing to anyone in the area anytime they need a plumber. These gentlemen were a pleasure to do business with.

Jim at Royal Oak Plumbing is fantastic. He is quick to respond, friendly to talk to, and was able to fix my urgent plumbing issues TWICE (two different problems). I find his prices very reasonable too. I highly recommend.

5/1/2019 I am a repeat customer; I called Royal oak plumbing on April 23, 2019. April 25, 2019 Joe from Royal oak plumbing finally returned my phone call. He said he would call Monday morning, April 29 to tell me what time he would would arrive to do the work on April 29,2019. Joe never bothered called me on April 29, 2019, as he promised. I called Royal Oak Plumbing to find out what was going on, however, their voicemail was full and not accepting messages. Still, Joe has not called to schedule. I'm fed up with Royal Oak Plumbing. This is unacceptable. I do not recommend this company. I don't trust them. anymore. I do not recommend this company.

Glad to find this group of plumbers. Friendly, good service, knowledgeable. It's nice to find folks that actually care. While they are a business, they seem to want to be helpful and fair to the customer if they are able. I would definitely call them again. Joe was excellent and helpful.

I would highly NOT recommend this company for your plumbing needs. It all started out well; spoke to Jim on Wednesday about my leaky shower and got on the schedule for yesterday. I was told there were a few appointments in front of mine and that it would be after lunch before they could get to me, which was fine. I had my 79 year old father drive 22 miles to be here until I got home from work at 3:30. Well, 3:30 turned to 4:00 and then 4:30. Finally at 4:45 I called to inquire if they were still coming. Nothing. No show, no call back. I am furious that not only was my time wasted, but my father's time and gas as well. I contacted this company based on the great reviews from others, but now I'm wondering if those reviews were family and friends. Will be calling someone else on Monday to take care of my issue.
