I called made an appointment, was promised a plumber. Two hours later I call to find out where he is and am told I was not on their calender and furthermore they didn't do the kind of repair I needed. For a company that claims to have amazing customer service this was anything but amazing.

The Royal Flush team came out to my home to snake the washing machine drain. Due to many trees in our yard, we need to have this done at least once a year in order to prevent overflowing into our basement. The technician arrived on time and was polite and efficient. Snake went in, drain was cleared and no overflowing water.

I work at Royal Flush a dam good company, but th e new owner is different he fired me cause he said I lie about the girl I was dating. Fired me and kept my final check saying I lost a 430 deposit that turned in one day before I got fired. I love the company but need new leadership

one Sunday, morning our sink was leaking. went to home deport. Try to put snake down , it did not work. try putting baking soda, still did not work.
call Jay he came over he uses cam on the drain and found out coffee ground and potato skins stuck on drain and clog. less than 45min we are good to go . Thank you
