David and his assistant showed up on time, friendly and professional, did what they were supposed and beyond. Their price is fair. I would call them again when I have a need in the future.

I booked a toilet install via Lowe's, and got put in contact with them. I got a call to schedule within a couple of days, and booked a time less than a week after my trip to Lowe's. He showed up promptly, a few minutes early even, and did a great job. When a leak I wasn't aware of was identified, it got added to the to do list and taken care of for a reasonable price.

They were sent to me by my home warranty, first no one called to say they would be out. Luckily someone was home, they looked at what needed to be done and said they would come back Saturday. After the only call to ask if they could come Sunday instead to which I said that was fine, no one showed up. I called and called and called, after waiting all day and night no one answered voicemail was full. I was able to get through twice on two different days to leave a message, but no one called back. I called over 60 times over the next week hoping to find out when they were coming back. No answer. I then called my warranty company to request another plumber, and was told by the warranty company I had an appointment the next day between 7-11am so because no one called me I canceled some appointments I had so I could be home for them . After waiting all day and night and many calls later voicemails full still, they again didn't show up. I called my warranty company and requested to send a different plumber. Don't use these guys unless you don't need to know when to be home because no one will call you to set a time and if you should have a ti you waste your entire day waiting on none to show up. I'm not big on giving reviews but ive never had such horrible service or not horrible service because you are not notified when there coming and if you by chance find out through someplace else that there supposed to come they don't show don't call and you can't leave any messages
