Never showed for bid. RequestEd a new time. No call back or text. There is a growing number of plumbing services that are gouging people with inflated prices. $2000 for labor to replace a water heater? It's a four hour job at best here. Even with disposal and delivery. The heater is extra, about $800 at Lowe's for ours. Some code jobs could be more difficult than ours, I understand. I am a retired contractor. When a job is a gravy one like ours there should be a discount. Even Lowe's installers are charging $2000 labor. Some general contractors should start competing with them at $200/hr $200 disposal.
I understand overhead and cost accounting. I also understand integrity in business matters. This price tag of $2000 is not one of them.

I hired Royal Flush to do some plumbing work required by HOA. Jeff went above and beyond to complete everything in a timely manner while doing minimal damage to walls and cabinets.
