I had a wonderful experience throughout with this company! From the appointment setter, manager, and plumber- all personable and professional. They were eager to get out to my house ASAP, even rearranging their schedule to accommodate mine. I had a reoccurring clog that another plumbing company couldn't seem to keep at bey after 3 service calls. Fun times cleaning up flooded closet and floor repeatedly. So far, all is good after Royal Flush came out for a service call. Also, the plumber offered up suggestions in how we can maintain our problematic line. Well done Royal Flush!
The guys at Royal Flush did an awesome job repairing a water line leak at my home. Desmond was so helpful and professional by walking me through every step to make sure I understood what they were doing. And EJ, Collin, Eric and Brad showed the perfect example of true teamwork. They all were so passionate about doing everything possible to repair the leak instead of having to replace it. Which they accomplished and saved me a lot of money which I am forever greatful for!
If you ever have any plumbing issues, call these guys they are truly hardworking, knowledgeable and oh so nice! They kept calling me ma'am the entire time which was so sweet and polite .

My dealings with the supervisors, office managers and specifically BRAD, were professions, courteous and most importantly attentive and prompt. There was an issue with the excavating crew they subcontracted being really untimely, however, when I called the office to raise the issue, they had a crew of their employees, as well as supervisors backfill the 15' tunnel the same day. The cracked pipe appears to be resolved and the tunnel is backfilled. Good company to work with. I realize that the service depends on the plumber sent out, which is why I give high praise to Brad. He was wonderful to deal with, and the supervisors and remaining crew were as well.

I had a leak underneath my kitchen sink at my rental house. There was a noticeable leak in the basket strainer and a less noticeable but definite leak down the head supply tube (down to the water shut off valves). The Royal Flush owner, "Desmond", misidentified the 2nd leak and stated that the leak was actually coming from the kitchen sink faucet. Initially, he quoted me $325 for labor and I buy the faucet. In consideration that I had waited 5 hours, he agreed to repair leak for $150 (for labor) and he stated that he would return the next day at 10 A.M.
Royal Flush cancelled that appointment and sent another plumber. He arrived at about 11:30 A.M. However, he sat inside his truck for approximately 30 minutes. He did not get out until I contacted "Cecil the dispatcher" who texted the plumber. "Brad the plumber" alleged that he rang the doorbell and no one answered. I informed him that he never got out of his truck. I had waived him down and I had been waiting by the porch the whole time. (My renter can confirm this). Brad concluded leak was from the faucet and replaced it and the basket strainer.
I made a mistake to assume the leak was repaired and relied on my renter. I should returned and re-inspected the sink after the renter washed her dishes. A few days later, my renter did inform me that she had been out and delayed informing me that the water leak continued.
I called Royal Flush. (This was 7 business days after "Brad's repairs). The new plumber confirmed the leak and offered to fix it for $175. I called "Christye the office manager" and informed her that I would pay for the parts but did not think it was fair to have to pay an additional $175 for a leak that should have been identified by the 2 previous plumbers. She responded that I had gotten $450 worth of labor for $150. I disagreed with her "bargain assessment" and declined any additional work from Royal Flush.
Basically, Royal Flush fixed 1 of the 2 leaks by replacing the basket strainer. I ended up buying a kitchen faucet ($85) that did not need replacement and paid Royal Flush to replace it. I ended up hiring someone else to fix the 2nd leak. All he did was replace the water shut off valves (Angle Stop Multi-Turn Straight Valves). This is where the leak was coming from.
I called 2 separate "licensed plumbers" and gave them my scenario. I was informed that the standard labor rate charge should have been $150 to $175 and should have been fixed with one visit. My question to Royal Flush is how can two of your "licensed plumbers" miss this leak? Did "Brad" not spot the leak when he shut off the "water shut off valves" to replace the faucet?
I did not adequately research Royal Flush. I feel bad for the other customers who have suffered losses more severe than mine. Needless to say, I will never use Royal Flush again. If their plumbers can't identify a simple leak with easy access underneath the kitchen sink, how could I ever trust them to handle a hidden leak between the walls or under the floors?

Hortense D.I have had them assigned to me twice via my home warranty plan . I have to say every time I have been very pleased . They are very nice on the customer service end and each guy that has performed the service has been professional and gone beyond the call of duty . Very nice people and very reasonable . I highly recommend .
Aaron S.Royal Flush helped us with a ton of work on an aging house. New water lines, new sewage lines, new nat gas lines, ... even a tankless water heater. They were very professional and affordable considering the extent of the work. They also did an excellent job installing and fitting everything.
I highly recommend them for any plumbing jobs, large and small. I will be using them in the future as well.
I rate this company a failure. Not only do they not know how to install a garbage disposal, they refuse to come back and do it correctly. Water all over my floor and inside my cabinet. Bad, bad job. And trying to get them to come back, well their office manager hung up on me as I tried to tell her how bad a job it was. We went through Choice Home Warranty (which is a very bad company) and they sent this poor quality plumber from Royal Flush to replace my disposal. My disposal was a high end disposal and they install one of the cheapest disposals they could find. Nothing works. But they will not come out and take care of their mess they left me in. I don't want to give them even a one star rating.
Where to even start - These guys are hacks. We had a major leak in our house, we could hear it in the bathroom and tried all the usual suspects (toilet, tub, sink) to no avail. Called a few plumbers and heard the same dreaded response "slab leak". So we called our home warranty company. They sent us Royal Flush. The guy who came out to assess the issue assured us they had all the equipment to find the exact source of the leak, and would do a reroute so they didn't have to tear up all the concrete slab. He also told us he would be the one here the next day to fix it. He did not show up the next day. 2 other guys came, and after 2 hours of not being able to detect the leak either with their fancy equipment or by cutting multiple holes in our walls and ceiling they called the first guy. He came out (now there are 3 plumbers in our house) and they finally narrowed it down to a certain line, but told us they couldn't find the other end. Weird thing (according to them) is that the line was 3/4 whereas the rest of the supply lines are 1/2". Long story short, they cut the line, "fix it" and turn the water back on. Now we have a waterfall in our bathroom. Sure enough the "weird" 3/4 line was the MAIN supply line. I'm no plumber but I am smart enough to know that with a slab leak one of the first things you should check is the main!!! So after 7 hours and 11 holes in our walls (yes, 11) they finally found the actual issue and it was fixed in under 2 hours. Then they had the nerve to tell us that we got a heck of a deal because half our house got new plumbing but we were only paying for one slab leak. Are you freaking kidding me? You tore my house to hell, obviously don't know what you were doing and not spending money on things you don't need is NOT a "helluva deal". Do NOT use these guys.
Don D.Be careful of these guys. They installed a very expensive hot water heater for us. The unit failed shortly afterwards and it is still under warranty. I called these guys multiple times and they would not even call me back. I even tried calling the owner / manager a number of times and he refused to call me back. So after a month of chasing these guys, I gave up and contacted another plumbing service.
BE WARNED!!!!
They never showed up! I was scheduled in the 10:00-2:00 slot and at 2:30 I called to check on the status. They said the tech was running an hour behind and he would call on his way. Waited until 4:45 to call again and they said it would have to be rescheduled. I was guaranteed arrival between 8:00-10:00 the next morning, but that didn't happen either. They called at 10:15 to say they would be coming, but I had already found another company that was there doing the job! The office staff was unapologetic about all of the inconvenience.
