First and foremost it's 200$ for them to show up and it's not wrapped into the repair should you choose to do it. They are quick to respond but any repair is 1200$. Shower valve, sink replacement 1200$. They don't appear to do repairs or try to fix things, it's replacement only. They did a complete water heater replacement and other little jobs for 1800$ so the 1200 for any other thing is suspect. I recommend calling around. These guys charge too much.

Also they specialize in water main breaks and are the fastest at getting out to emergency situations. I also love how they give back to the communities they serve. You may be desperate to get your plumbing issues fixed.. The technician could be telling you everything that you want to hear just to give you hope that they can solve your plumbing issues... Don't sign that paper he gives you with a smile on his face.. He threatened to call the police on me because I refused to pay $275.00 for my sink to still be clogged... Called the company Becky told me that I was stealing if I don't pay $275.00 for the technician to leave me in the exact same situation that he meet me in... A clogged sink!!! However the company is $275.00 Richer.. Thanks Royal Flush this family owned company SUCKS BALLS...

After using this service on a number of occasions I must honestly say this is one of the best plumbing companies I have ever dealt with. Brandon C has been our service tech and he has been absolutely professional and knowledgeable. He has been here after hours on one occasion and his knowledge and advise has been the reason we will keep using Royal Flush for our plumbing needs. This company does not take advantage of the elderly which me and my wife are. The prices have been fair for the work load I see Brandon take on. His work has always been quality and the charges have been fair. I strongly recommend Royal Flush and Brandon C as their service technician. Royal Flush Plumbing Snellville charged me 600$ dollars for 1.5 hours of leak detection and marked a spot 4 feet away from the leak, saying the leak came from tree roots. Not only were they wrong about the location of the leak, but they were wrong about the tree being the issue. After I brought these issues up to management, their response was """"if you did the repair work with us"""" then we could have given you a discount. Poorly led company just looking to take your money.

I am on the board of a Home Owners Association in Decatur. We started working with Royal Flush this year (2021) after having a very bad experience with a different plumber. The board of directors is SO relieved to have found such a great vendor and partner in Royal Flush. I specifically want to give credit to and a big thanks to Justin Dorminey who continues to go above and beyond in the customer service and patience he has provided to our HOA. I have personally been extremely impressed by the amount of time Justin has spent explaining the issues and solutions in such a way that I truly understand the problem. Justin is perhaps the most responsive vendor I have ever worked with and also incredibly dependable and knowledgable in his trade. Justin does what he says he will do and always calls you back. I cannot praise him enough! It is because of my experiences with Justin that I will continue working with this company. Royal Flush is an honest company with competitive prices. Our HOA is a 35 unit community with a 40 year old sewer system. We anticipate needing future repairs to the main sewer line and we will definitely be calling Royal Flush for all our plumbing needs! We also will continue to use Royal Flush for the yearly jetting of our main sewer line in hopes of preventing blockages. I have full confidence in Royal Flush and highly recommend this company. Thank you Justin and the recent team at Royal Flush (Steven & I forget the other gentleman's name) who recently solved our big plumbing issue ... removed an obstruction that had backed up the main line, replaced 6 ft of the main sewer line and found the missing manhole that had been buried for over 20 years!! We are so grateful for your service and partnership. :)

They scheduled me three times and they didn't show up on appointment dates, they never bother to call ahead and let me know that they were not going to show up they don't care if you missed a day of work just to be home for the appointment schedule , When I call them their answer was """"sorry about that"""" . I could never rely on this company definitely they're not serious about their business and have no work ethic.

This plumbing business is super unprofessional. It literally took them 24 hours to fix the a leak in the neighborhood. We can't wash our hands or asses. Due to the COVID-19 I expect better from this business.

We had a kitchen issue we needed cleared up right away and had a hard time finding someone. Royal flush was available sooner than anyone else and competitively priced. The plumber came on time, very professional, and no hidden fees. Everything was performed as discussed and at the office given. Great honest service!

Military beware... although they might advertise that military and police get a 50% discount, they will not honor it. I recently moved to the area, because military moves around, and needed an emergency fix on my water pips. A technician came in two days in a row (because they didn't have a part). So even though he knew I was military, he did not give me a discount. When I called the office to try and get reimbursed, the receptionist was rude, and told me she would talk with the manager about refunding me money. Three calls to that office later, of course... I did not get the discount. I would suggest removing the false advertisement... and i have passed the word to all those I work with, I do not want any of my soldiers getting ripped off at Royal Flush.
