Royal Flush replaced my jacuzzi bathtub heater. A few months later and within the warranty period, it was both leaking and tripping the gps. I've been calling since Dec 27. Weeks later despite multiple calls, no call backs, lots of excuses and stalls, and the best of all was suddenly for a warranty call, my house is too far away. I spent thousands with them over 3 projects and this is how they treat you! I called a reputable company who came out within 24 hours, spent an hour and fixed it. Do not call Royal Flush! They do not stand behind their work!

I had an emergency with a leaking toilet in a rental property. It couldn't be flushed and had already saturated the flooring. It was the ONLY toilet in the apartment. I called 7 different plumbers and nobody was available for 7-10 days. EXCEPT when I talked to Royal Flush and Chick (spelling?). He also said they were booked out a week but then said maybe he could free somebody up the next afternoon. Tyler showed up on time and immediately went to work. After he reset the toilet we tried to flush it and it backed up. Long story short, Tyler and Royal Flush did a FABULOUS job, fixed the backup and saved me having to call another plumber for a snake AND charged me a MORE than reasonable price! Tyler knew what he was doing and the company was more than supportive!!! GREAT JOB - HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

Needed a sink disposal replaced and called Royal Flush hoping they could come out within the week. Patrick came out within 2 hours and within 40 minutes, I had a working disposal! My husband was surprised """"I"""" got it fixed so fast ;). Thanks Patrick and Royal Flush!

Did good work first time but had to wait a day for next appointment. Second visit had to wait a day again and then they were an hour and a half late for an appointment they scheduled with me. Would advise to go elsewhere if you are seeking punctual and speedy service. The tech was on his phone when he finally got here and I had to interrupt him to find out when he was starting and how long it would take. He then remained on a personal call for at least five minutes and never did come check in with me. The lady on phone was great the first time I called, she never answered the other times that I dealt with RF. I wish the rest of the experience was as nice as the lady that I spoke with the first time. Would not use their service again.

Had a major water line that broke underneath the foundation of my residence. Called multiple companies in town as this was an emergency situation. After being stood up from one company and not even hearing back from another to this date, I called Royal Flush and let me say they should have been my first call. Spoke with Nicole the receptionist who was so sweet and understanding. I told her I had been out of water for a week after my garage had flooded and expLained my situation. Within the hour Tyler and his helper were there and had diagnosed the problem. Tyler offered to work through the night to get me running water again but what was another night after a week? Tyler arrived the next morning and had me up and running in 2-3 hours. These guys and girls are great and they will have my business from now on!

We have an older home and, consequently, old pipes that run under the house with a narrow crawl space. We had a major burst and water was gushing out under the house. After turning the water off, I called several plumbers and Royal Flush not only quoted the best price, they also came out the next day to start an extensive repipe throughout our house. The men were so very professional and courteous and did not waste a single minute of the time they spent. It took a couple of days to get it all done, but they went above and beyond what I expected. We are so happy with the outstanding job they did and will highly recommend them to everyone we know (and we do)!! Can't say enough nice things about this company.

These folks just left my house an hour ago. Knowledgeable and hardworking, as well as extremely good-natured, the pair of plumbers arrived in very short order that same afternoon, tracked down a major back-up problem, uncovered the septic tank, and blew the lines clear, and charged me much less than I had expected. Royal Flush for the win!

They were very friendly to begin with. I had an emergency and the lady informed me that I could pay the $75 after hours fee and they'd be able to help me today 7-8pm. I had agreed on the time. Come 4:30 the plumber calls me to inform me he's at the house. I told him that no one will be there until 7 the agreed upon time and he's going home now. I Contact the office to see what I need to do and they inform me that there's NOTHING they can do because he's worked over 10 hours. So because of their negligence to their scheduling. Set an apt up for 7-8pm when they can NOT honor is completely unacceptable customer service. Not only that when I brought my concerns to the office and explain how I will be going else where the reply was """"great"""". I will never use the company again and will never recommend it to anyone. Customer service is absolutely horrible and the person I was communicating with was highly rude.
