Steve did a great job installing? my garbage disposal but had to return because my hot water had not been turned back on after the installation?. He was very late? for? both appointments? and did not call. Finally, there was sales tax attached to the final bill. I did some online research and made phone calls and found out? that there is no sales tax in Pennsylvania for plumbing services. The amount was refunded to me.

Overall, Steve was phenomenal. We had him remove an old bathroom sink vanity combo and install a new one with faucets. The final installation looks incredible and his dedication to his craft stands out. I will note that he ran quite late for the appointment and charged more than the initial estimate, but that's partially because he did some more work than he initially expected and he spends a lot of time at each job. I will definitely hire him again in the future.

Steve is a freaking superhero. The first plumber we called couldn't resolve our clog and couldn't locate our sewer clean out access, then ghosted us. Steve came out on our emergency call at like 11pm and immediately tackled the problem. It took a couple of days of work but he finally found the cleanout (which the previous owners had hidden behind drywall for some crazy reason) and fixed our house trap so that it actually adhered to code and our drains would flow freely. It was an expensive repair but he found a way to work with us on payment. He is extremely devoted to his profession and I would recommend him to anybody. He does get overwhelmed at other jobs from time to time and it throws off his schedule but just keep in contact with him and he will take care of you. We will definitely call him for our future plumbing needs.

Had a leak in my upstairs powder room which was going downstairs in the living room wall. Called Royal Flush Friday and got an appt for Saturday. Steve arrived at 1 o clock and went right yo work trying to find the source of the leak. He has all kind of inside wall cameras, moisture detectors and so forth. He had to put a hole in the ceiling bit it was okay. He found the leak and it was one of the biggest pipes in the home!! Steve never said I got to come back for this job like some others would do. He stayed, went to Home Depot to buy parts and guess what? He did not not leave until after 11 OClock that night!!! He did a fantastic job and price to me was reasonable for such a time consuming job. He also did other minor repairs at no extra charge. He is a really nice guy who cares about his customers and his work. I am so glad I found him and I will recommend him to all my neighbors. Call Steve at Royal Flush if you have a problem Trust me he will do good by you. Thank you Steve again for a wonderful job. I can now use my bathroom sink again without having to go into the hall bathroom. Oh we also have a big Rottweiller which for some can be a negative, Steve loves dogs so for you with dogs call!! For me my dog is my protection and I do not like when repair men want me to put her up. So it is always a plus when I can hire someone and keep my dog near me. Steve cleaned up after himself too. Left my house clean. Only thing he has to come back to repair the wall and ceiling which he says is no big deal. Thanks again Steve!!

Steve replaced a kitchen faucet at very short notice (day after another plumber let me down). He charged $190 plus tax. Excellent plumber I would definitely hire him again. 4 stars because over the phone he said $150.

Late night service to fix a Saniflo toilet. Steve was very good about keeping me informed on his ETA. He was finishing up a previous job, but took the time to take my call. This was a very messy situation to put it mildly. Steve was not afraid to do all he could to diagnose the problem.
Steve took his time and was very neat and also respectful of other household contents around the area.
Thankfully Steve found a bunch of ""flushable"" baby wipes trapped inside the macerator. Yuck!!! Steve mentioned that flushable wipes are a major issue not just for homeowners, but also for our city sewage crew.
Overall, I am totally satisfied with Steve's service and professionalism. I recommend Steve highly for all your plumbing needs. He will be my ""go to"" plumber!
Pricing was fair and the invoice was sent over immediately to my email for PayPal or credit card payments.
Thanks so much Steve for your great work even though is was quite late.

Steve really helped us out of a bind and in record time (within hours of calling). He was very friendly and respectful of our home. We have an infant and he wore shoe covers without us even requesting that he do this - very cool of him. While searching for a plumber and receiving quotes, one company told us that the job would require new pipes and Steve found that it was merely a simple bolt needing tightening. Chill and honest guy. He hardly charged us for his time. Would definitely recommend him!
