This is the second time I've used Royal Flush and I'm really frustrated with them. The actual plumbing work is good, but Steve and Val aren't good at communicating or being on time. I had a project that required multiple visits, and they were consistently at least 2 hrs late with little communication. I was pushed to pay before the work was completed, and I did because it was in the final stages. They have not come by to finish the job after multiple attempts and missed appointments to get them back.

Steve seems like a really nice guy, but he is not very professional. He was scheduled to arrive between 3-4 pm (so I took off early) to replace my hot water heater, but didn't show until 9:30 PM! The worst part was that he never contacted me to let me know he was running late, so I just waited and waited. Whenever I called or texted, they said they'd be there shortly. He got right to work when he arrived...but that lasted until 1:30 AM! It was kind of a nightmare, but I think his work was good.

Lastly, since it was so late, he said he'd come back tomorrow to pick up the old water heater for disposal. Well, it's been 2 weeks and it's still in my F-ing basement, so now I have to figure out how to get rid of it. Thanks for Royally Screwing me over!

Scheduled an appointment and rescheduled three times. The first time on a Tuesday they cited staff problems and I offered to reschedule. The second time that following Saturday they were late for the 12-1 and when I reached out they said another job was running long so I agreed to a later time in the day (4) which they suggested but then also didn't make. After waiting a total of 7 hours that day I told them not to come as it was too late in the evening. The final reschedule they agreed to come the following Monday at noon. After 1 when I texted to see what was going on I was told I must be mistaken as they weren't available that day. When I responded with a screenshot of the conversation where they agreed to Monday they never responded. They were slow to respond to calls and texts and never actually showed up. Prior to the final reschedule they were pleasant to deal with and offered a discount for my inconvenience but getting ghosted for pointing out their mistake was pretty disappointing.

Without question the best plumber I've ever had in my home. For years I had a plumbing issue that every other company couldn't seem to fix. They'd do a temporary fix and claim the problem was solved. I finally lucked on to Royal Flush and couldn't be happier with their great service and Steve's skill. I highly recommend them!

I had an emergency a couple months ago and Steve came to the rescue. I had assessments from multiple plumbers, but Steve was the only one who I felt was honest and genuine about the problem. He came out immediately and explained the entire situation, gave us a fair quote and booked him for the job. Steve and Valerie, the office manager, are fair and response. Went above and beyond. I will definitely be using them again.

We had a great experience with Royal Flush. Our sewer line was clogged which was leading to a terrible situation in the house. Steve came out at 1am and fixed it for us. Incredibly nice, knowledgeable guy. Highly recommend!

Steve did a great job installing? my garbage disposal but had to return because my hot water had not been turned back on after the installation?. He was very late? for? both appointments? and did not call. Finally, there was sales tax attached to the final bill. I did some online research and made phone calls and found out? that there is no sales tax in Pennsylvania for plumbing services. The amount was refunded to me.

Overall, Steve was phenomenal. We had him remove an old bathroom sink vanity combo and install a new one with faucets. The final installation looks incredible and his dedication to his craft stands out. I will note that he ran quite late for the appointment and charged more than the initial estimate, but that's partially because he did some more work than he initially expected and he spends a lot of time at each job. I will definitely hire him again in the future.
