Mike came out and located, then repaired a leak that 2 other companies missed. This leak had caused many headaches and messes. He arrived the same day I called, was extremely courteous to my tenant, and explained to me everything he did to trouble shoot, and then remedy the situation. They are now my go-to plumbers! Once again, if I could give more stars I would!!! We just moved to Elyria from North Olmsted. When we were all moved in we thought ""Good, everything here works because the house and everything in it have been inspected and is in working order"". Ha, Ha!! Not by a long shot! We had a toilet in the bathroom that would fill every 2 to 3 hours because the either the gasket or the flapper valve was causing the leaking problem. You could see the water coming into the bowl! We called Royal Flush and asked them to bring a comfort height toilet and take out the old one. When Adam from Royal Flush arrived, he very professionally removed the old one and installed the new one in less than an hour. This is the third time we are using them. We will continue to use them for any and all future plumbing needs!

This place helped my cousin out on the day we buried her father. One of the family visiting from out of town for the funeral clogged the toilet and with the entire fMaily coming to her house I've, she was in a panic and this place sent a guy over in five minutes, cleared the clog, and didn't charge the emergency fee. Damn. It's good to know there are places that put customers above profit.

Our kitchen sink was completely plugged. I tried running a snake through it, but it didn't help. Time to call the pros. I had seen Royal Flush trucks around - always thought the name was clever! I looked here on Yelp, and saw they had great reviews. I called, and Chris came over in short order. It took him no more than 30 minutes start to finish, and our drain was clear. He was courteous and professional, and cleaned up after himself. The price was reasonable. I will definitely use them in the future.

Picked these guys to address a basement sewer drain issue based on the positive reviews. I was not disappointed. Chris called me back on a Sunday. Didn't want to charge me time and a half for Sunday if it could wait till Monday. (it could) He showed up on Monday when he said he would be there and was super professional. Ran a camera in my drain found a spot that needed attention and had it cleared in under 20 minutes. Really impressed with his knowledge and efficiency. These guys are going to be my go to plumbers.

The plumbing in our kitchen was completely inoperable. Royal Flush came out and fixed it, completely rerouting the drainage system in only 1/2 a day! They also fixed two malfunctioning toilets while they where at it. Soooo happy with the results, cost and professionalism!!

Mike was a very friendly and professional plumber. Identified my issue immediately as a malfunctioning water meter, and stated that the Water Dept. will need to replace it. Didn't even charge for a service call. I recently purchased a house in the area, and will be using and recommending Royal Flush to friends and family in the area.

After reading the positive reviews about Royal Flush Plumbing, I called this morning to schedule them to come out to plumb for a dishwasher. The woman who answered the phone told me they were scheduling a month out. That may have been her way of telling me they weren't interested in my job, but if so, she should have just told me that. Maybe they got new help, but the woman I spoke to was not the friendly, helpful person that others have commented on.
