installed at defective water heater overcharged me for the installation and when there are problems with the water heater refuses to take any action beware. Stay away I have known the owner for years!!!!!

I made an appointment for an estimate for some repair work. The appointment was confirmed, then no call no show -three hours of my time wasted. I called, listened to their excuse and rescheduled for another day. Ben arrived and gave me an estimate and said they'd call when the part came in. When the part came in I made an appointment to install the part. Again no call no show -four hours of my time wasted. I can understand an earlier job running late. What I can't understand why no one bothered to tell me.

I called Ben, the owner, about my laundry room water valves because one of them was stuck. He gave me a price cap to replace the box and valves and suggested WD 40 as an idea to try first. I appreciated Ben's honesty. It seemed to work but I later learned that the valves had broken internally. Impressed by Bens honesty, I called him first to help me with the problem. Like many plumbing problems, once we got into the job, it was more complex than we thought, but Ben stuck with his estimate and returned with his technician to replumb the new box and valves. He also set me up with a drywall person and repaired my RO water faucet. Ben is fair and honest and got the job done!!

We are beyond happy that our friend gave us Royal Flush Plumbing's information! While drilling into our wall on Saturday night we hit the water main from the street that comes direct into our house. We thought we were up a creek, luckily we were able to turn the water off and wait until Monday morning. We called Royal Flush first thing Monday and the guys came right out to help us get our problem taken care of. They were courteous, HONEST, helpful and very affordable.
