Our ice maker valve was leaking so we urgently needed someone to come help us. Ben went above and beyond to help us.
When he came it appeared the situation was worse than we all thought and he ended up having to do more work than expected but never charged us more than the flat rate he originally quoted us for.
He did a great job and even cleaned up the work area afterwards.
We would highly recommend Ben and his crew for honest, fairly-priced plumbing work.

I made an appointment for an estimate for some repair work. The appointment was confirmed, then no call no show -three hours of my time wasted. I called, listened to their excuse and rescheduled for another day. Ben arrived and gave me an estimate and said they'd call when the part came in. When the part came in I made an appointment to install the part. Again no call no show -four hours of my time wasted. I can understand an earlier job running late. What I can't understand why no one bothered to tell me.
