Royal Flush Plumbing, Inc is a comprehensive plumbing and drain cleaning service that focuses on client satisfaction. We believe that everyone deserves high-quality service at a reasonable price and that pride in one’s work is essential. Founded in 1982, Royal Flush Plumbing, Inc emerged from the conviction that few ethical companies survived the 70s and that the demand for reliable and affordable plumbing services was greater than ever. After years of dedication and hard work, David Perry Sr. sold the first franchise of Royal Flush Plumbing to an entrepreneur in Covington, GA. This event sparked the Royal Flush expansion throughout Georgia, resulting in 17 branches now operating in the state.
I am proud to belong to the Royal Flush franchise family and I look forward to serving all of you as my esteemed customers. As the saying goes, everyone needs a plumber, and now you’ve found yours. Thank you, and may you be blessed by God.

At a labor rate of nearly $400 per hour to install floats in a pump basin, I expected professional, knowledgeable, and quality work. I didn't get that. Though the technician was likeable, he didn't seem too concerned about doing competent and quality work. I had done my homework on this project, but was unable to do the work myself due to a health condition. Thus, I was shocked to see that Royal Flush Plumbing had wired the float switches improperly to the control panel (even though the wiring diagram was posted on the box). Next, I was shocked to see that the floats were not mounted correctly to the discharge pipes, even though the floats came with instructions on how to properly mount them. Additionally, the floats weren't positioned correctly within the basin. Floats are not supposed to touch the basin wall nor to interfere with the pumps nor with each other. Yet each of these errors occurred. Additionally, the float wires weren't routed properly. They were supposed to enter the house through a hole in a panel. Instead, they were routed haphazardly and differently from each other, creating an aesthetic mess that will require custom cuts on the exterior house panels. And the Royal flush plumber did not close the access panel, nor did he bolt the lid onto the pump basin when he """"finished"""" the job. For a nearly $400 per hour labor charge (it's easy to take advantage of those down on their luck) I did not get quality nor even competent work from Royal Flush plumbing.

Installed a new washer connection. I thought the price was a bit high for the job. I had a brand new washing machine next to the installation area. In order to put it in. It was going to be an additional $200.00. They did come out and correct it. However they did not give any of my money back. Just a credit for expensive service.

Greetings, Hello I'd like to take time to commend 2 of your Employees SUGAR SHANE. J and JOSE. C. They were super professional, great communicators, creative thinkers, I appreciate their enthusiasm and they keep a positive attitude during the challenging issue here today. They were in here and out in no time, due to the previous company has came out twice to administer the exact same work which we had to vacate the for 3 days, the second time we were out of the home 1 day. With your company we remain in the home while work was completed in less than 1 hour. :) :) The work was administered here at Grace Apartments listed below. 3011 Chattahoochee Circle Roswell, GA 30075 They were Phenomenal!!!!

I had tried to install a bidet, which I had done before, but developed a leak overbite. I called the next day and the two plumbers showed up(I believe to qualify for the $125 evaluation!) Upon reviewing the leak it was evaluated that I would need a NEW supply line, the other was crimped. It was further re-revalued that the fitting from the wall probably would need repacking and would have to give the neighbors 24 hr notice of shutting-off the water to refit/repack the fitting & would be evaluated as the work would progress. I thanked them for the $125 eval. & it would be subtracted from the estimated $375 to finish at a later date: NOT NEEDED‼A NEW supply line(yes)but a washer and tightening sufficed!

I went through such a nightmarish experience with a plumbing company for two weeks. For two weeks I went without hot water and was in desperate need of help. I called Royal Flush at 3pm and they came out a few hours later and fixed my problem in 20 mins. Awesome friendly staff and very transparent. I absolutely loved my experience. Please don't hesitate to call them. Reasonable prices and exceptional service!!

Absolutely amazing emergency service. I was out of town when my main line clogged. My son and babysitter were at the house. The service I received long distance was impeccable. My sitter said the same about the tech that showed up. The price was crazy reasonable. I was charged three times as much for a similar issue two years ago by a different company. I'll use only them going forward. Can't thank you all enough!

Royal Flush is a royal rip off and a royal pain. I was charged almost $500 by a technician who convinced me to repair an old toilet rather than replacing it. To add insult to injury, they had to return 2-3 times to repair their shoddy work. Buyer beware.

These guys were great from start to finish. Did a complete inspection, gave us a reasonable quote and worked quickly and efficiently to get our water heater replaced. They were extremely professional and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend Royal Flush Plumbing!

I have been a Royal Flush customer for years and once again they have confirmed why they are the only plumber I call. My three story townhome recently experienced a pipe burst while no one was home and flooded all three floors of the home. Once Justin from Royal Flush arrived he not only quickly found the source of the problem but he immediately connected me with a restoration company who also came out that same night to begin drying out the home. In the past two weeks since the leak Justin has called weekly just to check in on the progress of my insurance claim and repairs. I have recommended Royal Flush to friends before and will definitely do so again!

I was disatisified with this company. They were referred to me by the HVAC company I use and like. I hired them to repair a leak in the pipe to my irragation system. In the process, the tech put one of the 'check valves' inside the stop backflow valve backwards so no water was flowing to the system. When I saw the sprinkler system didn't come on, they sent out another tech. This tech saw the stop backflow valve was pointed in the right direction, but didn't ascertain that the check valve inside it was wrong. I was charged an add'l $80 for this visit. An irragation company came out and identified/fixed problem and charged me $180. Royal Flush asked me to send them the invoice and indicated they would figure out a credit to me. That was 3 weeks ago and they've gone silent.
