I wanted to give some feed back on the service I received from this company. First let me start off by saying their response time is inexcusable. The first time I emailed them it took them 4 business to reach back out to me to schedule an appointment. Then we had to reschedule the appointment because it was to late for the tech to come out and the window was 3-6, but he wouldn't make it till 9. Then after he came out it took 5 days to receive a quote on fixing the water heater. Once approved I decided to call and make the appointment myself because I couldn't wait another 5 days to hear from them. I made the appointment for today between 3-6, once again I left work to take care of this. I just received a phone call stating they wanted to cancel because it was too late and he would be here a long time replacing the water heater. I can't cancel and take off work tomorrow as I have a JOB! So now he will be here close to 7 or 7:30 and God only knows how long this will take. Not to mention he doesn't have the water heater or the parts so he has to go to the wear house to pick them up. The kicker of it all was we were asked if we could help him unload it because he didn't have help! I'm sure that he should have help before coming out here, that's his job! I will not do business with them again! This is a huge inconvenience for me and my family, but then again this whole process for the water heater has been. I wish I could give less then 1 star but I can't

I was disatisified with this company. They were referred to me by the HVAC company I use and like. I hired them to repair a leak in the pipe to my irragation system. In the process, the tech put one of the 'check valves' inside the stop backflow valve backwards so no water was flowing to the system. When I saw the sprinkler system didn't come on, they sent out another tech. This tech saw the stop backflow valve was pointed in the right direction, but didn't ascertain that the check valve inside it was wrong. I was charged an add'l $80 for this visit. An irragation company came out and identified/fixed problem and charged me $180. Royal Flush asked me to send them the invoice and indicated they would figure out a credit to me. That was 3 weeks ago and they've gone silent.

WOULD NEVER USE AGAIN - BEWARE! I have already spent too much time dealing with this company, spending hours writing multiple managers emails to no avail. So I am not going to waste more time - needless to say, we had a miserable experience. We had a shower upstairs that had a faulty faucet. We had a different plumbing company come in and say the whole thing needed to be replaced, it was too old to fix, and tinkering with it could case a leak that would be much worse. The repair estimate was extremely high so I called Royal Flush for a second opinion. The guy came out and said he could fix it that day. He was an older, veteran plumber and he could fix it """"no problem."""" All there was were problems. He took eight hours to fix it, several trips to hardware stores, he had to come back the next day and it was already having problems. Then it caused a bigger leak into our guest room below, which caused standing water to destroy lots of personal items on our bookshelves. It took them several weeks to get a guy in to repair it and they did not care at all about the damage it caused. The entire experience was a nightmare but worse, the company could not have cared less. I sent multiple emails to """"Vickie,"""" the customer service manager. Never heard back. Then when we said we were not going to pay until a manager helped us, that's when they took the time to talk to my husband. They asked me to send an email explaining evertyhing to """"Dave"""" the manager. I spent almost two hours writing it and never heard a word back. I sent my last email on February 7th and gave them two full months to respond. Nothing. Final evaluation: use them at your peril.

Originally I thought they did good because they answered the phone and provided free estimates. Wrong! Coming on a month and the cancel and don't show. Then they say they were waiting on you to call them to reschedule...but I was waiting.... Royal Flush was the no call and no show. They didn't even need me to be there for them to fix it....Not Oh and I've had a hole in my front yard that is waiting on them As I am. It's the games and the lies for me.

I called Royal Flush Plubming requested service to replace a shut off valve to my washing machine. The guy was supposed to come between 9-12 and didn't call to be there until 12:30. He eventually came that evening. He quoted me $300 to do a $135 job. I HAD to wash clothes before the morning and I had to pay the job especially after waiting all day on your people to come out - however, he went down to $200. I've called 3 other plubmers and they would have charged me 130-145. My worker didn't even hook the hoses back up to my washing machine when he was done.I called and asked to discuss this with a manager - but no one called me back.

WORST EVER. Had a 4-7pm time slot. No one ever showed up. They even sent me a survey the next day with a picture of the plumber that was supposed to do the work. They didn't even know the guy never showed up. BIG WASTE OF TIME......

I should have written this a while ago as we've used these guys for years. They are always so kind, professional, timely and thorough. You really can't ask for much more. It's nice to be able to call someone that you can trust.

Both times I contacted Royal Flush were in the wee morning hours. I picked this company based on Yelp reviews. Someone promptly answered and set up an arrival window. On the first visit, my parents handled the appointment. My father felt fairly charged and as if he'd been fully informed of why the pipe under my bathroom vanity was leaking. The plumber deducted a military discount when my mom mentioned that my father was a vet. On the second occassion, I received a call asking if they could arrive earlier than anticipated. A supervisor and a plumber determined flooding in my home was caused by a clogged water line. They took me step-by-step through the process and produced evidence of what obstructed the line. They also noticed distressed hoses on my dryer and washer. I purchased new hoses and they positioned my appliances in a way that cut down on wear and tear. Although no one mentioned it, I noticed later that I'd received a repeat customer discount. I would definitely recommend Royal Flush.

It's nerve-racking to find a new plumber, electrician, auto repairman, etc., so I was anxious when I called Royal Flush last week. Well, I now have plumbers that I trust and who provide outstanding service! Ben and Chad were professional, knowledgeable, and competent. They had to leave to get special parts for my Kohler toilet, so the job took longer than they expected but the quoted price didn't change. You'll love talking to Vickie when you call the company, too. Royal Flush exceeded my expectations!

Absolutely amazing emergency service. I was out of town when my main line clogged. My son and babysitter were at the house. The service I received long distance was impeccable. My sitter said the same about the tech that showed up. The price was crazy reasonable. I was charged three times as much for a similar issue two years ago by a different company. I'll use only them going forward. Can't thank you all enough!
