i had a backed up toilet on one side of my duplex office building and the first service tech could not figure out the solution. Over a period of two seperate days, I believe they sent every employee except their owner and office staff to assess the issue. Finally, technician Grant figured out the problem after a couple of hours and was able to fix the problem. Good man! I was concerned about the cost of the repair after the first few hours of not being able to correct the issue. So the next day I drove to their office with the original architectural diagrams of the building and went over the plumbing diagram with Matt. I let him know that at $140 per hour I was very concerned about the cost of all the time spent by everyone. Matt stated that they would be fair on the cost which ended up being $1700! Actually I paid for a lot of technicians to come out and tell me they couldn't figure it out. Grant did solve the issue after a few hours of digging out a new trap. Thanks again Grant! I did call the owner Scott and explained my thoughts on the service and he did lower the bill to $1400. Not a pleasant experience with Royal Flush and quite expensive on paying for most employees ineptness.
Chris S.They took the time to access our plumbing issues, worked with us to come up with a feasible solution to our plumbing needs!Dave was pleasant and knowledgeable.
Royal Flush Plumbing has always been prompt when contacted to repair plumbing issues. Their repairs are right the first time so we'd never consider calling any other plumber!
The plumbers do OK work but I think the rates are pretty high ($100 hour) and they charge you labor for travel time and I believe when they had to go get parts. Nearly $500 for replacing a washer box and couple washer water lines and to try and determine where moisture in garage was coming, from washer or elsewhere (could not determine). Maybe these are normal rates, but seem high to me for work done. Should have found plumber that charges by job instead of hourly rate.
Jim W.I have to give a shout out to Royal Flush. They fixed a leaking toilet. That was easy, but the City had not read my meter for sometime and I got a huge bill. David Thomas, a plumber that works for them( whom I have never met nor any connection with) went through my entire system and found no leaks. He searched my entire house, was very professional and friendly. A really good employee for Royal Flush. I trust them and they will have my repeat business.
After approximately 35 days after I complained about a leak (the fault of the punctuality might lie with me landlord , so I'll give them that) these clowns show up to my apartment.
I wasn't home at that time , so my maintenance man let them in. When I returned the crew's truck and trailer was not only blocking access to my parking space, but blocking access to all six available parking spaces for my apartment building.
As I walked up to my door I noticed that it was hanging wide open. The high for that day was a chilly 40° and my heat was turned up to 72°, again, with the front door hanging wide open.
When I entered they informed me that it should only be about an hour to go. A few minutes later they were leaving, supposedly because they had brought the wrong parts. (According to the maintenance man this was the second time that day that they were leaving because they have the wrong parts.)
These guys don't work clean. Their tools were all over the place. Drywall dust all over the place. Wet drywall splatter everywhere from the bathroom all the way to the front door.
I got tired of listening to their work so I went out to sit in my car. I noticed the guys leave once more and wondered if they had finished (because they certainly didn't say anything to me)
I go inside and find the job to be completed , mostly. A fixed leak, a new bathtub, and a colossal mess of drywall dust and splatter throughout my bathroom, trailing out into the hallways, trailing out all the way to the front door. (I will provide pictures of everything if possible)
It took me two hours to clean up everything and even to this moment I don't know how to get the white drywall tint out of my hardwood floor which again trails all the way from the bathroom, down the hallway and all the way to the front door.
In my business you respect the property you are in , and you clean up after your crew. I could hear one of the guys on their cell phone on a personal call talking about how this job was running them past their normal quit time (which may or may not have happened had the imbeciles brought the correct parts the first, or even the second time) and so I'm reasonably sure that their complete and utter nonexistent cleanup was a result of then already having to work 15 minutes past 4 p.m. on this day.
The bathtub was installed correctly, everything seems to work fine. So I would only use these guys if you're willing for them to come in, shit all over your house, have no respect for your home in terms of your light bill, heating bill, or leaving open your place of parking your car in the event that it might save them a couple of steps, and then leave piles of it uncleaned up once they are finished.
Please do NOT call this plumbing company. They make an appointment to come to your house and they then fail to keep their appointments! Our appointment was scheduled nearly a week in advance. We spent most of the day waiting for them to call. Mid afternoon they called to say they could not get to us until five days later. They causes us to lose most of one full day.
If you make an appointment with this company, make sure you keep your phone by your side or they'll skip you and go to another job if you don't answer.
My wife waited from 2-5 pm ( my scheduled appointment) and I was pumping gas in my car when they called. Returned the call within 5 minutes and they already sent the tech somewhere else.
Really poor customer service.
Bill K.The Royal Flush plumbers are not just highly-skilled professionals but they are courteous, prompt and thorough. When we lost water one evening during zero degree weather, a pair ofRoyal Flush pros were at our home in 20 minutes. They diagnosed the problem (relay) and had our water back in 1 1/2 hours. Fantastic attitude and a reasonable price.
I've referred many friends to RF and all have agreed the skill, quality of repairs and attitude of the staff is top-notch!
These guys tried to sell me a new water heater by saying my old one was out of warranty. Had a handyman friend check it and it was under warranty and only needed a small part.
We make a joke ""If you want to FLUSH your money away call Royal Flush""
I'm giving one star cause that's he lowest you can go.
