We had an urgent situation with the sound of water running and unable to locate the source. We called Neil from Royal Flush Plumbing. Within an hour Neil was in our driveway ready to address the problem. We could not have been happier with his prompt attention, skill and professionalism. If we have issues requiring a plumber in the future, we will call Neil.

I was GREATLY impressed with ROYAL FLUSH PLUMBING. This company deserves a 10 star rating. I'm a retired Fire Captain (USAR, HAZ-MAT) 27yrs with Kern Co. Fire Dept., in Bakersfield , Ca. Also 6 1/2 yrs with Chicago Fire as a Truckee. I called several companies for solar hot water and only 2 returned my call. Neal the owner came out and presented a bid and explained everything about solar hot water. The bid he gave was very acceptable. The service was OUTSTANDING, he said his guys would be there by 8 am and they were there at 7:40am. They went right to work, explained what was going to take place and started the job. They worked very efficiently and quietly. The electrician arrived and introduce himself and went right to work. They worked all day and didn't take a lunch break. The job was completed that afternoon, everything was cleaned up, the owner Neal came and inspected the job, walked me and my wife through the operation & explained the whole system, and the warranty. Neal even stayed after the system was up and running to make sure the temp to my satisfaction was reach. I just moved to Waikoloa Village 12 days ago. There was no pressure tactics or anything just right to the point and the decision is yours. Now that is QUALITY SERVICE. This is how a business should be run. My advice is if you have any plumbing or water issues CALL "" ROYAL FLUSH PLUMBING"". You will be very SATISFIED. For all my plumbing needs Neal is the man.

I'm going start off w/ the same advice they gave me(as he walked out the door).; Next time, hire a handy man!! 193$ for a leaky sink. They actually have the balls to charge you a ""trip charge"". WHAT!!! I'm supposed to bring the leaky sink to them?!?!! Once he made the comment about how nice my condo was.... I knew I was in for a gouging. It's inevitable w/ these ppl. So in part; NEXT TIME HIRE A HANDYMAN!!and have a crappy place!

Called Neil late in the day because our water pressure had dropped to almost non-existent. He was running an errand and had no tools with him but said he could stop by anyway to see what the problem was. Not to long after he was there to investigate the problem. He quickly found the culprit and fixed it with the tools we had at our house. Based on our experience we highly recommend Royal Flush Plumbing!

These guys are on the ball. I bought a home and even though my hot water heater passed home inspection there was a serious issue after we took possession of the property. They were on-time, super-fast, cost competitive and did an outstanding job. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs. Moving is never easy. Throw a hot water heater disaster in the middle to stress everyone out. These guys made it easy for everyone. I called this company on Monday, got a good quote from Neal & set up an appointment for Wednesday. Ron came to our condo & installed a new water heater & hauled away the old, rusty one. He was very thorough & changed all the hoses in order to prevent leakage. Ron is definitely an asset to the company.

Set appointment up for Friday afternoon and he canceled at the last minute and didn't suggest a different time he could make it. When pressed as to when he could make it he said maybe Tues which is 4 days later. Really Maybe Tuesday? Obviously reliability is not a priority. If they can't show up on time what good are they?

The best plumber in town! Neil and his guy Lewie really helped me out replacing a kitchen faucet that leaked and then another time when I had a major leak and flooded out. They are friendly, helpful and very professional. All work was done in a timely manner and they are also affordable as far as plumbers go. For services he didn't provide when I had the flood he helped me find an extractor. Would only use them!

Amazing, quick, reliable service! I'm visiting my daughter on the mainland and learned that a pipe bust outside my home in Kona. I searched Yelp and found Neil with extended phone hours. I called him and he was at the house first thing the next day, did the repairs and made another stop on Saturday just to make sure all was well. He took payment by phone and was extremely professional. I would recommend Royal Flush again and again!
