I called this company on Monday, got a good quote from Neal & set up an appointment for Wednesday. Ron came to our condo & installed a new water heater & hauled away the old, rusty one. He was very thorough & changed all the hoses in order to prevent leakage. Ron is definitely an asset to the company.

Neil (owner) and I think Don (plumber) were totally awesome when I called in a panic from the mainland about my rental unit needing a new hot water heater. The quote from property management was over $1300!!! They got it done quickly for a much more reasonable price, and removed the old one, too. I had to get in touch with the tenant myself, and had temporary credit card issues, (I'd been hacked) and Neil worked with me to get it done. So thankful I found some people with real Aloha when I needed it.

I realize that the plumber might have been under a little stress, but they shouldn't be impatient with a potential customer. Especially when the customer tried to explain the scenario to the plumber while the customer is working at the same time. Probably decent service, but poor customer relations.

These guys are on the ball. I bought a home and even though my hot water heater passed home inspection there was a serious issue after we took possession of the property. They were on-time, super-fast, cost competitive and did an outstanding job. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs. Moving is never easy. Throw a hot water heater disaster in the middle to stress everyone out. These guys made it easy for everyone. I'm going start off w/ the same advice they gave me(as he walked out the door).; Next time, hire a handy man!! 193$ for a leaky sink. They actually have the balls to charge you a ""trip charge"". WHAT!!! I'm supposed to bring the leaky sink to them?!?!! Once he made the comment about how nice my condo was.... I knew I was in for a gouging. It's inevitable w/ these ppl. So in part; NEXT TIME HIRE A HANDYMAN!!and have a crappy place!

our water heater died in the middle of the night. I called Neil first thing in the morning and he had Louie out the same afternoon. He came to the door to introduce himself and shook my hand. I showed him where the heater was and he immediately began his work. Within an hour I had hot water! He was kind enough to come in and check various faucets to make sure it was all working properly, then shook my hand again and thanked me for the business. This is a 5 STAR company! Anyone looking for a plumber, please call them. You will NOT be disappointed!

Called Neil late in the day because our water pressure had dropped to almost non-existent. He was running an errand and had no tools with him but said he could stop by anyway to see what the problem was. Not to long after he was there to investigate the problem. He quickly found the culprit and fixed it with the tools we had at our house. Based on our experience we highly recommend Royal Flush Plumbing!

Amazing, quick, reliable service! I'm visiting my daughter on the mainland and learned that a pipe bust outside my home in Kona. I searched Yelp and found Neil with extended phone hours. I called him and he was at the house first thing the next day, did the repairs and made another stop on Saturday just to make sure all was well. He took payment by phone and was extremely professional. I would recommend Royal Flush again and again!
