They arrived 3.5 hours after my appointment due to a problem with the schedule. The dispatcher, MacKenzie, did call to let me know they would be hours late. She called again to let me know the plumber was close; however, she verified my address, which was incorrect, and could not give an ETA for the plumber. There is no 50% police or military discount as advertised. The guy stated at maximum they would only give you 20% off or a maximum of $100 deducted from the total. False advertising. I appreciated them coming on a weekend day, but I think I'll use a local guy next time. It would probably cost me less.

Edited: They finally came! They fixed the problem and apologized. We were also given a credit for the wait. Original Review: Yet another plumbing company that can't be bothered to show up for an appointment. I just wasted most of my Saturday waiting for a no show appointment. They can't even be bothered to call and let us know that they can't make it. Four hours after our appointment window ended my husband called them and they had nothing but excuses from receptionist Caitlyn like """"oh we didn't have time to make the calls.""""

Be very aware of this company practices! Yes, they will always be readily available, they hire mostly certain background checked ppl to pay them less and charge you Hella more. DO NOT LET THIS BE YOUR ONLY ESTIMATE, NO MATTER HOW DESPERATE! Be patient when it comes to plumbing & electrical. Up close, its ran extremely shady. Hope no f-ups are ever made where you'll have to sue. Smh.

very good service overall, not a great value. Plumber showed up on a holiday afternoon and completed the work in a prompt manner. work was done well and quickly. Perhaps it's just my gripe with all plumbers, just very expensive for the amount of work completed.

I can't believe this company.. Honestly, I know nothing about plumbing so of course you call someone to do it for you. So I hired this company to work on the gas pipe... charging me a lot of money for little easy thing to do. The next day I detected gas leak they were able to fix it.. two days later ( I didn't want to do it the next day because I thought give it a few days to air it out) I smell the gas again. Different technician came back for the third time and claimed that there isn't. They offered gas pressure test which of course more $$$. I already paid them a LOT of money for an easy job. So I told them no. Now I had contractors came in for a home project and as soon as them came in my kitchen they immediately told met that I have a gas leak! I called them back and they said that according to the their technician that came last time offered and still offering me a pressure test for a fee. Im was frustrated to get this issues fix asap since I still have the leak. NEVER would I EVER call them AGAIN!! Their waiting time window isn't great either. They are not a @24 hours service. They can't do anything which is a waste of time waiting for nothing. if you call late and they tell you that they will come at night don't wait up.. even if its an emergency they still wouldn't respond quickly.. If they do come in the afternoon or night time. They don't have the parts to fix it. Call your GAS company! I had Georgia Natural Gas company to come out to do that. They are pretty thorough on detecting any gas. And they did! The gas company will tell you where it is and will give you recommendations of the plumbers. He explains about why it leaks. Free of charge. The gas company technician were sincerely and very knowledgable about it. Their workmanship isn't worth the high pay. Seek somewhere else!

I must warn people against this business. I made an appointment two days ago and they gave us a four hour window. At the end of the window, they called to say they wouldn't ever make it. I made another appointment for yesterday evening, and again, at the end of the four hour window they called to say they wouldn't make it. Horrible company. Avoid completely.

I placed an Emergency service call Wednesday and was told they could get to the store before it closed. I received an email later saying they would have someone on site early afternoon. I called and said I could wait to first thing in the morning they said they could do that. I received an email saying they be onsite before 1pm it's now 3 hours later and 24 hours after the original call and I still do not have a tech on site I'm very disappointed in the service I am getting.

bad service. scheduled apt for between 1-4pm on Sunday and no one ever called or showed up. I gave the company a call and they said they had me down for a completely different schedule. wasted my day waiting for them for nothing

Stay away they do expensive patch and rig work! First plumber they sent out did not caulk after changing out drain stoper! I should have known he was special did not even know how to use GPS! Second senior plumber with over 30 years expierence claimed he would fix the leak ha all he did was pump a bunch of messy foam in the back I still have a leak under subfloor and I had to pay a real Plumber to come fix it the professional way toatal of$1700. The entire job should have ran $1000 with out paying these idiots!. Stay away from the purple van unless you want to get flushed royally! These reviews with five stars must have gotten lucky with their technician.

After discovering a freeze damaged pipe, I called Royal Flush as a new customer and my first impression was already off to a good start with the friendliness of their customer service rep. I was able to get an appointment within a reasonable amount of time and our technician Jeff appeared at my home when scheduled. He did a great job helping me feel at ease about the the work that needed to be done, explained what he planned to do and presented me with a written invoice in advance so there were no surprises. I was so impressed by the end of their visit that I had already recommended them to a friend who had been without water for even longer and whose technician from another national company had not shown the day before. Royal Flush was out at his house ahead of schedule the very next day and got him living with running water once again too. It's always great to find a good service provider and even better when you find one good enough to recommend to your friends!
