Used Jarrod twice. Both times he was very responsive and prompt in solving our problems. First was a floor drain that was backing up. Not only getting the work done quickly but also talking me through potential reasons for it happening and giving options to solve the problem. Second was for an old sump pump that was draining INTO that floor drain system. We scheduled a second visit for him to come out to replace and rework the drainage for the new sump pump. Only took a few hours of work to get everything done and cleaned up. He's super pleasant, easy going and wealth of information to talk through the issues. Will continue to use Jarrod for all our plumbing needs!

Called and got a recording, so left a message with my name and number as requested. After 48 hours with no response, called back and again left my information, requesting a call within the next few hours. It has now 24 hours later (72 hours after my initial call) and still no response. They might perform decent work if you are deemed to be worthy but I am uncertain of their selection process.

Jarrod is great! I've used him for multiple things - from kitchen leaks to installing a new dishwasher to installing a new water heater. He is honest, up front and responsive. I've reached out to him about some issues - and he's helped me fix them myself - with a simple trip to the hardware store and a few hours of my time. Who does that?! As a bonus, he's always great with my dog and really nice to my kiddo. Jarrod is wonderful, and I highly recommend him!

Jarrod was friendly, up-front and communicative about what he would be doing before he performed the work. He removed about 50 lbs. of lead pipe from beneath my 1950's home and got the whole drain system restored with up to date materials, and he warranties his work for a year. Awesome service and quality work, would definitely hire him again!

Great service, honest and fair pricing. Called Jerrod to diagnose suspected gas leak in range top. He needed to replace two valves. While he was here I asked him to fix a leaking shower faucet. No problem. He also noticed that we have a probable leak somewhere connecting to sewer line in guest bathroom. We had been noticing odors and so asked him to check it out. He referred us to Servpro to detect the leak source. He showed up on time and was very efficient. Highly recommend.

Awesome experience with Jarrod at Royal Flush Plumbing. Had some leaking drains and drain fittings in my upstairs bathroom. Jarrod came out and diagnosed it ASAP so I could get the info to my insurance. I've had plumbers out and they have always been afraid to aggressively tackle a diagnosis. Jarrod was practically running around my house and using a borescope to find the leak. Sure enough he found it, showed it to me and wrote it up for me quickly and for a very reasonable price. He will definitely be getting my plumbing work from here on out. Super friendly guy too.

Jerrad was wonderful! He has helped me twice. Once with a clogged line and with a leak. He worked efficiently, did a beautiful job AND cleaned up! He even wiped out the cabinet under the sink! I would highly reccomend Royal Flush Plumbing!
