I needed a plumber quickly, but was not willing to pay weekend or holiday rates so I left a message on a Sunday asking for a call back ( Monday was a holiday) during normal business hours. By 8am Monday I received a call that they were apologetically totally booked for 3 weeks, ugh!!! Now what to do? The other plumbers we have tried in this town are outrageous and come to find out do inferior work with improper materials. At my wits end , an hour later Launna called me back and said their schedule had changed because of the ""holiday"" and they could come right away. No kidding ! Within 30 minutes they were on my door step. 2 hours later a new sediment filter and piping installed , a toilet wax ring( that the other guys have charged me twice to come fix recently ) replaced and found with incorrect hardware use from the other guys! A full explanation of what work was done and parts used with an unequivocal guarantee of service when the work was done. Everything was perfect with quality parts and labor! ( Almost makes me look forward to the next time I will need a plumber!) No more turning the water on just to use a sink , shower or toilet with a bucket collecting water from the severe leak we experienced for 4 days. Thanks Terry and Launna for a job well done and fast prompt service .

Royal Flush was recommended to me by a friend who has used their services on multiple occasions. I had a leak appear in the ceiling over my kitchen in my two story home. It was after 7:00 when they were called and they committed to being at my house the next day after 2:00. The next day I called them at 2:00 and the women who answered the phone said that the plumber was on a gas leak job and would be here. I called again at 4 and got the same response. At 6:30 when I called I got the answering machine! If you didn't notice the trend here, let me help you out - I had to keep calling them. They never once thought of giving me a courtesy call to let me know the timing or anything. I finally called my friend and told him I was going to call another plumber. He said they had been good for him and I told him that was great, but do not recommend them to others. After I spoke with my friend, lo and behold the office called and said the plumber was not answering his cell phone and must have a tough job. Then, within minutes the plumber called me back at a quarter of 7 to ask if I still wanted him to come out! What was he going to do start tearing apart the ceiling at 7:30 at night? Oh, and did I mention that I took the day off to ensure that the job was done and done right?

So... poor customer service, and a no show as far as I'm concerned. I do not recommend Royal Flush based upon this experience.

Our water heater developed a major leak yesterday. It happened to be Easter Sunday and I was home alone. I am also currently disabled. When I went out to the garage and found a major flood, my heart just sank :(

I called Royal Flush Plumbing and left a message. I have to inject here that even if they were available on a Sunday, I know I'm not willing to pay ""emergency rates"".

Lana called me back first thing this morning. She was very kind, professional and personable. The first thing she asked was whether the water heater was under warranty. I didn't think so, but she suggested I check just in case. She also explained what information I would need and how to do it.

Lana was able to fit me in for the day! She also called several times to keep me updated on the arrival time of the service technician.

Terry arrived with Anthony and they promptly installed a new water heater. In speaking with Terry, I found him to be sincere and proud of his business. He stands behind his work and is very professional.

Royal Flush is great group of people to work with. When our two year old water heater went out that was not installed by them, they worked with the manufacturer to get it resolved. The showed up when they said they would, they called with updates, and they were more than helpful with everything. A+
