We didn't actually have Doug come out, but he gave us a lot of information to help us with finding a legitimate company to come out and inspect a septic system. He provided the knowledge that we needed in order to get us what we needed for our circumstance. After talking to him, we felt confident in his referrals because he took the time to explain the basics of a septic system and what to look for going forward. Very disappointed with Royal Flush. I hired them for work on a basement bathroom remodel and they took 5 days instead of the 2 that they quoted. They raised my price by $200 during the project and now I have had to hire another plumber to fix their low-quality work. Avoid if possible.

Very poor service, not showing up on time, inconsistent work with a lot of work gaps (some gaps were due to other contractors) , not completing the job as defined, foe example hot water in kitchen sink in blue cold water pipe, never corrected, window install not completed, and overcharging for pump I didn't approve of (I asked for a quote and they just went ahead and replaced it). Owner is arrogant and a hot head if he doesn't get his way. His workers are good but don't recommend due to all of the problems.

Called at 8 am and was told they would be at my house between 12-2 the same day since they were only five minutes from me. Was told to send him my info (address) and phone number and they would call 20 minutes before coming. Hung up immediately sent text. At 2 still no word so I shot another text asking if they were still coming. No response. At about 2:40-2:45 I called...no answer so I left a message asking him to call me back...it's now 8:33 pm and no response. Really disappointed that not only did I cut my day short to make sure I was here for them when they didn't show but I also didn't call anyone else trying to give them the benefit of the doubt...guess I will be calling a different business tomorrow. If he wasn't going to make it he could have called or texted me back. I would've understood as things happen but to not respond just makes me feel like my job as my important because it wasn't a bigger issue.

In today's world we rarely have that experience that makes us say that we would do it again and recommend the business to our family and friends. A couple of days ago I had that experience with Doug at Royal Flush Plumbing in Spring HIll TN. We did have to wait a couple of days and our problem wasn't an extremely immediate one but when he came out the man and his business performed at such a high standard it warrants mentioning. Doug knows his stuff and in his mind is the clients need to have a project completed fast and while trying to save them money in the process. In today's world a plumber, electrician, or mechanic etc is in a position to take advantage of the clients vulnerability and many do but not Doug, he is trying to find a way to get your project completed while considering your budget. Honesty, respectfulness, effective communication skills, and awesome pricing make Royal Flush the person you have to call when you need a plumbing project estimated and worked. Best experience ever.
