They responded quickly both times. We initially had a 50 gallon water heater installed which worked perfectly until we installed a walk-in old fogie bath run that required 60 gallons of hot water. We requested that they come out and install an additional 50 gallon unit, which they were able to complete in 1 day!

Had an urgent need for a plumber on Wednesday before Thanksgiving and called at least five times. Answering machine picked it up said hold to be rerouted only to receive a ""good bye have a good day"" message than call disconnected. So unprofessional when your business lists open 24 hours. I will not recommend this business to anyone in need of plumbing services.

We had under the house plumbing issues. Matt came out really quick to take a look, and we had a plan immediately as to what we had to have done. While trying to get that plumbing fixed, Matt had to fight with groundwater seepage too, especially since it has been such a wet winter this year, but he got the job done! Thank you!

Worse work I've ever had done. Seems like there's no professionalism or any type of ""licensed"" plumber on the job. Don't see how this guy stays in business. I would rather have my pipes burst and leak forever than to have him come back.

Called on Saturday and Danny came right out. I am in Nancy, KY. It did not take him long to get here. Very professional and knowledgeable. Had me all fixed up in no time.
Had to call him back 2 days later for a different problem and he came right back out and helped us out again!

We called royal flush late Saturday afternoon when our water heater died. They came Sunday morning with a new water heater. They installed it and we had hot water Sunday afternoon. Dan was awesome. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and there was great communication. Will definitely use again.
