Thus company is horrible for estimating the window to show up.
I was given a three hour and I had to call when the window closed I had to call them to ask to reschedule..

I use Royal Flush almost every time I remodel a property and they have been a real life saver. Easy to get ahold of, reliable, and honest. They stand behind their work. We had a drain that leaked after install and they came back to fix it. It looked like we had actually knocked it loose after they finished, but they didn't charge us to come out and tweak it. Ben is honest and tells me what needs to be done without up-selling me, while at the same time letting me know if I'm about to install an inferior product. I would highly recommend him and Guy.

Leaving this review for Royal Flush Plumbing in Las Vegas. Their number is 702-473-9491. Laura is the super nice lady over the phone that helps set up the appointment. She's very friendly and just awesome! Ben is the main guy and he is prompt and speedy with his communication. His work is very thorough and affordable. I got a new sink and he was able to install it the very next day. And it looks GOOD! Thanks Laura and Ben for everything and I will be sure to call you up for my future plumbing needs!

Shower install was quoted to take 3 days. It ended up taking 10 days and 7 different visits. Ben Huffman just blows sunshine up your butt! Do not trust him!

Ben called promptly in answer to my request for service. He leveled a new dishwasher and cleared a clogged hose. It took him less than an hour to find the problem and complete the work and the charge was less than his estimate. He was very knowledgeable and I would definitely call Royal Flush again for any kind of plumbing problem.

Ben was a pleasure to deal with. Jerome showed up on time as scheduled and ready to go. Work was completed as quoted. I was comfortable with Jerome in my home and would recommend Royal Flush 100%.

I have a home warranty and called in on a Sunday for an emergency call due to a sewage back up in tubs and showers. Royal Flush plumbing accepted the call. However, when we followed up with the plumber he said it is Sunday and his day off. At this point I sent a message stating ""This is unacceptable. An emergency call is same day. If your company couldn't service then the call shouldn't have been accepted. I have a house with standing sewage. Another company could have been sent."" His response was simply ""have a nice evening."" At this point I arranged for another plumber I know to come out and clear the line. I then sent a text saying ""Please don't come out tomorrow."" The next day I received this message from the tech.

""So u got someone this morning still.... Not last night! all that complaining for the same result. Your really not very bright. Lol enjoy it. Vegas people need an education on life. Just because u believe u know,You don't. U just made the owner pay more money because u wanted to prove a point. Lol let me call them and let them know. Have a great day Tina. Fyi sewage spill I'll call the health department this morning as well. Enjoy that 10k fine or the 3k bill to clean it up.""

I was floored by this so my response to him was:

"" Actually I did get someone out last night. You don't know me or how bright I am. I am pretty surprised at your audacity. I will make sure to report all this to Old Republic and your boss.""

He then responded:

""LOL Good Luck. Not scared of a nobody"" and then followed with ""I meant a nobody. I did my job followed the rules. Health dept. Next Call.

I forwarded all this info to the owner who did not even offer up an apology. Not even a call to me. I have NEVER written a bad review about any company and I would not have written this one if the owner had done the right thing. I am a company owner and know how a bad review sticks with you. I also know that some bad reviews are due to circumstances outside of our control. I would never use this company nor recommend them. If they treat paying customers like this I would not want to find out how they treat warranty calls.

I have had a few bids and had some plumbing work done by this plumber. They are very customer oriented, quick and responsive. They are incredibly honest and courteous. I appreciate all their hard work.
