Repeatedly cancelled appointments to repair a fixture. Finally showed up, repaired the fixture but did it so poorly that it started leaking again within a week. Repeatedly cancelled appointments to come back and fix it again. 4 no show appointments in all. Draw your own conclusion.

This application would not allow me to give this company 1 star, which is what it deserves. They installed new furnaces and never bled the lines. I had to have someone come in and do that for me. I had to have another come in and repair the two shutoff valves they did not in the fall along with one of the exterior spigots. This job took months to complete because they always had emergencies to attend to. Worst experience with a plumbing company ever. I would not advise anyone to use them. Maybe the father, but definitely not the son.

They do excellent work and they are prompt and courteous but prices are def on the high side.

Jim and his son Mark were a great team removing an old fiberglass tub from 1985 and installing a brand new acrylic tub and Symmons shower valve. They were on time, quick, clean, and efficient. I would recommend them for your plumbing needs. They're a great team!

Also... there was no insulation behind the tub and they made sure they installed new insulation as part of their service.

Had a cloged drain..they snaked the inside ..left trash barrel full of waste in my basement...my trash barrel that had yard,dirt in it..justed dumped it in my yard..on rocks."" now has ants""..just left it...about $400 ..said prob was outside, said I needed to excavate and put new pipe 2000 bucks... wanted to start right away.. thank God I called someone else.. blew it out 15 minutes

Accolades to Jim Watson and his dealings with me and my daughter. On Saturday, October 20, 2012, an emergency developed where the main water valve broke, shutting off all water to the house. Unfortunately, we contacted a host of plumbers and NONE answered with the exception of two. Roto-Rooter PROMISED to have a technician on the premises between the hours of 11:30 AM and 3:30 PM. Then, at about 2:00 PM, Roto-Rooter called and rescinded its promise.

Jim Watson from Royal Flush returned a call immediately. He was shopping with his wife in Warwick, RI, but realized that the situation was truly an emergency. He promised to be on the premises within an hour and he was. Prior to that, he asked me to take a picture of the valve with my iPhone and send it for his review. This way, there was no ambiguity regarding the problem or the job.

Jim has a great personality and is an outstanding craftsman. Furthermore, he understands thoroughly the necessary human aspect of his business. He even waited for the city to turn the supply from road on before he left the premises. He inspected his work carefully while under pressure and improved an antiquated configuration.

Will certainly use again in the future!

As if Scottish plumbers with a great company name would not be awesome! This family operation is super-friendly and professional. I've called them to fix a cracked garbage disposal-- they replaced it efficiently, and it runs great. I also may or may not have flushed a cell phone down the toilet without even knowing it... so they managed to solve two mysteries: the case of the vanishing mobile and the case of the sluggish toilet. They tried their hardest to fix my existing toilet before replacing it with a great new one.
Both times, it was easy to get an appointment with them, and they were punctual, professional, friendly, and great at their jobs.
I wouldn't call anyone else to get me out of my ridiculous jams!
