We had Royal Flush come out 2X within 1 month because they pumped the tank (every 5 year service), & the 2nd time, they replaced the baffle. Extremely honest, fast to get to the job, completely reliable. I would use them in the future, & I may say that their female office person the 1st time I had to call, was utterly very, very kind & professional. The male employees were very respectful & professional.

These guys were the only ones available for a last minute weekend drain clean out at our rental property so we went with them instead of Roter-Rooter. This is the last time we will call them, we were charged $650 for them to snake two drains. They claimed they used a camera to inspect the lines (promised pictures they never delivered) and then ultimately snaked the main line to clear the block. The worst part is they said they won't guarantee their work, so if the drain clogs again they won't service it again for free (compared to Roter-Rooter who guarantees for 6 months). The employee that did the work was kind and knowledgeable, but the price and office staff will prevent us from calling them again.

Royal Flush, under the old ownership, had replaced the drain field when we purchased our home over 20 years ago. They put it in the lowest point of the property, but The County approved, so as a first time home buyer, I didn't know any different. Well not surprisingly, it has never worked right. Heavy rains meant slow toilets, no laundry and a swamp in our backyard.

Replacement has always been on my list, and this was the year to do it. I contacted several contractors in the area, and Royal Flush was not my first choice going in due to my prior experience. After having the typical no call backs, and a ""frankly"" shocking interaction with other contractors, Royal Flush won my business.

They showed up as promised, worked hard to put things back together and finished on time. Now that I have been able to see what happens with our typical winter weather, the new field is already paying for itself. I would 100% recommended Royal Flush(new owners) and they will be my first call for anything they offer.

We started the process of having a new septic tank installed we decided to use royal flush because they have always been awesome with pumping our tank if you want them to do more than that they are unreliable. We needed a new tank so we decided to go with royal flush they started the permit process and dug huge holes in my yard for the soil samples it has been over a week and I have called them 3 separate times to come and fill in the holes with no response. The receptionist are rude also. Don't recommend this company at all.

I needed emergency service on a septic tank that was backing up. I called Royal Flush and they had a crew on site within two hours! They pumped the tank and took care of another small issue. Great service at a fair price! I highly recommend them!

This is one of the best septic companies out there. They don't over charge like other companies out there. They can also do site work. I had them replace my culvert recently and they did an awesome job. They also recently installed a new septic system and did some site work at my in laws. They did a fantastic job. I find it funny that the other review was complaining they were an hour late. It's the service industry and it's hard to tell exactly when you will finish the previous job to give an exact time for the next. They even tell you it's approximate and that it could be longer. Also it's hard finding old septic systems using a probe. They are good at it but it does not always work. That's when they bring in the camera scope. All this happened at my in laws and it just part of the process. They were always professional and easy to work with.

I have had a great experience with Royal Flush. They pumped our tank last year and charged me exactly what they said. They actually were cheaper than other companies. Then I needed an inspection and they came out and inspected it. On time and exactly what they quoted. Since it had been recently pumped he did not try to charge me to pump it again. Very honest! Yes they are busy. That is not their fault. The market is very busy but they work me in! Thanks.

Had the client call to attempt to reach them. Same result- no return call.
Not sure how they stay in business.
