I entrusted Manny with a large job, replacing two hot water heaters located in my attic with new tankless gas hot water heaters. This required major work to redo the piping and even minor roof work to accommodate the large vent. It also required a knowledge of how to configure the tankless systems to communicate with each other and optimize their firing so that they alternate on low usage, but both fire on heavy demand. Manny's technician Dale was very knowledgeable and professional as well as courteous throughout the job. The work was complete as scheduled and on time. I am very pleased and would recommend Manny for any size job.

This company has been at my house four times the first time they came. My AC was leaking dripping in my bedroom. the tech went upstairs about 10-15 minutes later came downstairs and said he flushed it out. A day later it starts dripping again so I have them come back out. They inform me they worked on the wrong one you have to pay another service fee, so I paid another service fee came back out here It's your drip pan set a third time so that they came out for the 4th time apparently two men went upstairs and supposedly installed a drip pan now before this air conditioner had been working, but was tripping when I get home from work no AC so I decided to call another AC company, when the tech arrived I told him the situation he went upstairs came down show me a picture nothing nothing has been done. I spent $150 in service fees Royal Flush is not a reputable company. I don't know what they did in the attic, but they made it worse in the untrustworthy company when I tried to talk to the owner they wouldn't let me, the tech said he doesn't come in that often. Don't let them in your house they'll steal from you.

I called them after my kitchen sink would continually clog up over the years and requested that they bring a camera out to see what's going on. Manny came out the next day and found the problem. He gave me a fair quote, on the spot, for how much it would cost to tunnel under my house and repair the broken pipe. His men were there the next day, on time, and worked very fast and professionally to get the job done. By the end of the day the kitchen sink was working!

Manny even went out of his way to help me repair a leaking condensation pipe from my AC system that had began dripping water through my ceiling while he was there! He didn't ask for compensation but I insisted.

Manny is a standup guy and I strongly recommend him and his service!

Repaired one elbow in an outside one-inch pipe. Less than $50 in materials, process took around an hour and a half. Manny charged $1350. Outrageous. He's being reported for price gouging to the state and any licensing agency.
